If you google the hours for Baskin Robbins it says they’re open until 9. But they close their ice cream section 30 minutes prior. Google doesn’t say that. And instead of just selling you the ice cream since you’ve made the trip, they’ll turn you away even though they are “open.” The donuts were fresh but the ice cream (I had to come back another day for it) not so much. It’s too bad that Baskin Robbins is lumped in with Dunkin’ Donuts. Clearly Dunkin is their focus. I would think Baskin Robbins would do better by themselves. If I didn’t have a Baskin-Robbins gift card, I would’ve not gone back.
We went to get ice-cream (Baskin & Robbins) - but this place is not well maintained. It was a bit dirty, we had to wait to wait several minutes for the guy to help us - and he had a "don't care" attitude. They were also running out of tasting spoons, and even for the regular spoon they had to kinda searched for it. It really seemed to me that the management of this place just don't care anymore.
Don't get anything frozen! Coffee, milkshakes, cappuccino blasts, anything frozen. EVERY time I do, it's either half frozen and half liquid or it's completely liquid. If I wanted chocolate milk, I would have ordered chocolate milk.
Went there a couple days ago for ice cream, was completely ignored by workers for 20 minutes as they all pretended to act busy. Ended up leaving with nothing, don’t come here unless you want them to take forever and be ignored.
Dunkin is our favorite coffee shop but this Dunkin wasn't very good. Both drinks were off on taste and quality.
I claimed my free drink that was ignored and said nothing they can. Why use an app than and this location service has dropped a ton in past weeks borderline finding another place
Coffee hot, donuts good. No condiments at all was unacceptable!!!Couldn't eat my vegan sandwich without them, due to swallowing problems.
Have to wait in line for like 15 minutes. Maybe understaff? Need improve on that area. Other than long wait food and drink are delicious as usual.
Do not order anything from this store!!!! I ordered an ice cream cake and they printed my fiancés name wrong on the fondant. I spent almost $100 on this cake. All they offered for the mistake is a $10 gift card. Poor customer service!
I come to this Dunkin about everyday and almost every drink is fine. Today I had a drink so packed with ice it punctured the side of cup when I put the straw in and went everywhere. After work I stopped by and 2nd drink was made incorrectly.
