I went through this drive through recently and I was redeeming one of my free drink coupons (after accumulating 200 points on my DD app) - I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk. When I got to the window, I was charged 50 cents for the almond milk….. when I questioned why I was being charged - I was given some really confusing answer. I didn’t argue it, however, I don’t plan to go back to this location. I’ve went to other DD locations and have since redeemed my free drink coupons and was NOT charged for the almond milk. Still very curious why I was charged for the almond milk on a “free” drink…. ???
We went to Dunkin for the very first time ever. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants and 2 of the hash brown rounds. The food was some of the worst we have ever experienced. The bread was just that, bread shaped like a croissant. Dried out on the service and the inside was pale yellow throughout. Soaked with oil of some sort. It dripped when I put pressure on the sandwich. The Lil hash brown rounds were mostly black, literally. The outside of them anyways. I tasted one and it almost made me gag smh. It tasted burnt but also had an odd sweetness. I assume they were fried in the same oil as the donuts and were also just soaked with grease or oil. Had we spent our own money I would have really raised a stink. But it was a gift card so we just left. I'm not trying to be mean but that was our first and last visit to Dunkin. So disappointing.
First they said No glazed donuts, then no donuts at all.. then they said they had chocolate and vanilla with sprinkle. Ok I get one of each and a coffee... both are hard as a rock, disgusting. And the coffee taste like lukewarm dirty water. Why be open if you have no products worth selling? Was in a hurry or is ask for my money back
I really like this Dunkin' Donuts, but lately their donuts are terrible. I always order a vanilla cream with powdered sugar, and they are always stale and have almost no cream inside. I've complained to the manager, who says there is a new baker, but nothing has improved.
After coming to this Dunkin for a year now we have struggled to get my wife’s coffee correct!!! We have called the help line and even talk with management about our struggles with this …my wife likes her cold brew more creamy than sugary …we have attempted to up the cream to caramel ratio (as management has suggested) but they fail to provide the coffee my wife loves from “Dunkin” she gets a coffee minimum 5 days a week and should look forward to her morning routine rather then worried will her coffee come out too dark!!! Upon getting it today it was wrong again and I asked her to go around and ask for a cup of cream … instead we are handed these three creams with an attitude!!! I’m sorry to say I think we may begin to start to try your competitors from the north Mr Horrons !!! SMH !!!
Suppose to be on sesame seed bagel. Ended up being cinnamon raisin. Thought I would just eat it; but bagel was burnt. Ruined my day ☹️
Worst place to work ever. When it comes to the owners, they let teenager donstuff that's not only illegal but dangerous as well. I was forced to go to a warehouse to help them clean up stuff for the new sales. They had us cook in oven, work 8 hours shifts with no break overall worst job yet
Okay dude straight up I love dunkin! Is my favorite place to get flavored coffee while on the road.
Hands-down the best Dunkin’ Donuts around the staff is always nice and helpful I literally don’t have one bad thing to say
Super busy spot! Every time I get coffee from this location there is a line. BUT Don't WORRY its very fast moving. Coffee is always spot on perfection, served hot. I was bummed to see that prices went up...which is understandable in these times. I believe the inside was open for customers but not 100% sure (Late Oct. 2021). They always have a great selection of donuts and muffins and of course drinks. Parking can get tricky due to the drive through. Great location for business and travelers.
