Very friendly staff and quick service at 9am. They got everything correct and it all tasted great. Don't mock my order, I know I have issues. Lol
I ordered from this Dunkin on DoorDash and it was not tasty at all. I asked for one liquid cane sugar and it was loaded with sugar and creamer, so sweet I couldn’t drink it. The egg and cheese bagel I got was not toasted and the egg was slimy.
I waited a long time in line just to get my order cold. With pieces of my oder missing and i had to ask for it.No receipt was handed to me and as I got home and opend my supposed to be cold chocolate milk it smelled really bad. It was totally spoiled. Even though it wasn't expired yet. We have been comming to this location at least 1 every other week as a weekend treat and every other time there is a problem with the order will not be coming back. Very disappointing.
HORRIBLE! Our food was super old and burnt. Service was horrible. They were rushing and rude. Terrible quality. Drinks were horrible. Our drinks weren’t even mixed and so full of ice we couldn’t stir our drinks. We are drinking pure sugar and flavor mix, no coffee. I will NEVER go back!!
Went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a medium coffee and bagel. The coffee (14oz) was barely filled half way. I got to work and transferred it to one of our 10oz cups and there was still plenty of room in the small cup. I would say they gave about 7-8oz for $4.19 - I will not be wasting my time or money with shrunkin nonuts again.
Way overpriced! This particular franchise no longer have ham so no ham n cheese or sausage n cheese. Just super disappointed in these types of places.
So I came here this afternoon I drunk some of it obviously and this is so delicious whoever made it . This is my first time here and I honestly didn't think they was going to do this good of a job because Of the other reviews but this is really good! Definitely coming back tomorrow.I ordered the ice coffee with whole milk & caramel swirl with sugar on the side to adjust it to my likings. Great front window service as well the guy had great customer service.
I really did enjoy this location. With school starting back up and covid newer people are there and the same coffee I always get always taste different... not in a good way. So now I go to 161 area

Ordered thru Grubhub over 3 hours in advance. Still only got half my order. “Filled” doughnuts barely had any filling. Absolute poor quality. Will not order from here again.
