Awful. They don’t even know what the company is promoting. Ordered the cold Cake Batter Latte. Proceeded to get just a regular closed lid frozen latte with no fixings even though the sticker. The problem is they made me a regular latte with cake batter swirl. Huh? That’s not what I ordered. Then I asked if it’s supposed to come with whip cream and sprinkles and they retake the wrong thing they made me and poured it into a another cup and added whipped cream and chocolate. Then I ask where I he sprinkles are and they tell me they don’t have sprinkles? Uh what? Finally I just asked for a refund. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I give up on this location they always get something wrong.

They were making medium drinks and putting them in large cups with extra ice. After 8 mins they realized they never gave me my drink and they tried to hand me an iced coffee that was pure milk white and not full. I should not have to question if there is coffee in my iced coffee. They made me a new one but the quality at this location has gone down hill, and it's the closest to me out in the Hilliard/Dublin area. Also the hashbrowns were ice cold. I understand staffing shortages but slow down and get orders correct.

I live down the street and have been frequenting this Duncan for 2 years. They have messed up my order countless times and also just have terrible service in general. Completely ignoring you if you walk inside and only attending to the drive-thru. Avoid this location go to Morse road where the real homies are.

I ordered 4 donuts in drive-thru. After i paid, i get handed this full box and no explaination? Im confused and the two working just walk away. I open to find 8 random donuts of types I don't like. Could you be courteous enough to ask what I want? I litterally felt like i had gotten any respect and the unordered donuts went to waste. Why not at least triple my order or ask if I wanted anything else? You wasted food and frustrated a customer. This is a missed opportunity to let me feel like I was appreciated.

Manager ask for my order then walked away never acknowledged me after the initial acknowledgement. Waited over 5 minutes before someone re took my order. I didn't want to leave becauseI thought my order was in.I been there twice and had nothing but problems. There won't be a third.Best solution is close up building and fire manager.

I love this particular dunkin. The employees are always SUPER nice.

The Dunkin on Bethel Road has a variety of accessibility for people who are disabled. An issue I did find was the entrance for the building is quite small so there could be some issues when it comes to getting a wheelchair in the door, but could definitely be done. The menu is very bright and bold, so it was very easy to read even from a farther distance. The staff was very considerate and I know that if there was some type of issue when reading the menu, they would be able to assist in any way that was needed. The dining room was very accessible and not cluttered, very clean. The restrooms were also very spacious and accessible for everyone! Overall a really great experience.

First off had to repeat my order 3 times... the coffee was ok, they didn't get the cold foam i paid for, and raspberry flavor in the tea we got. Didnt say a single word to us, couldn't understand anything they said either. When he was taking my order.

Good coffee drinks but if you want donuts then get fresh ones from Krispy Kreme or Duck. These are premade frozen then defrosted in-store like Tim Hortons. Cannot attest to the sandwich quality.

I ordered 10 munchkins donuts and some breakfastsandwiches. Donuts tasted like a few days old. Couldn't eat.
