Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 drinks. One of them was a large unsweet green tea no ice and they refused to fill it up since I requested no ice. Really?? Will never return!!
Love the custard donuts, and strawberry icing donuts. Love the price. And good service. Good mocha cappuccino blast, yum. Husband and I both enjoyed it. The first iced coffee I liked.
The slowest dunkin I've ever been too. Been here 30 minutes waiting on my order and there is no urgency what so ever. People are asking for their money back. Go else where.
Excellent fast service in the drive through this morning. My coffee was very hot and so was the drive through boy.
This location has gone way downhill. The customer service is greatly lacking and they overcharge customers. They don't offer receipts and when you ask for a receipt they get an attitude. I've never paid $4.50 for a bagel but today they told me that's the normal price. Their menu signs are always wrong and always have old promotions. Every time I order a drink (that's on the menu board) they say they're out of that flavor or don't make that drink anymore. But they somehow still have peppermint mocha from Christmas time. I'm not sure what has happened to this store but it's really disappointing since it's the only DD on the west side!

I’ve never had a bad experience here!! The workers are always super nice even when they are busy!! Also my coffee is always amazing and the food is good too.
This Dunkin Donuts does not disappoint! They always understand the assignment!
