The service was friendly. They were not prompt at all. I ended up getting up to request my check after a while. They had some sort of live music. It was festive for sure however it was very very loud!I ordered the taco loco. It was HUGE! The taste was just . A friend ordered the chimichanga with lobster it was really really good! Perfectly flakey.
It was OK. Didn't give authentic, but definitely Mexican chain quality. Friendly service. Clean establishment. Close to work so my coworkers and I'll definitely be back! There is a patio that is probably nice when it's warm. And there was a set up for live music which I'm sure is a vibe also. They have complimentary chips and salsa..IFYKYK. I don't trust a Mexican restaurant who doesn't! Lol and they were pretty good.I had a taco salad with beef, added fajita peppers and guacamole. Not bad. The meat was underseasoned, but otherwise it was fine.Coworkers got fajitas, cheesesteak burrito and chicken Pollo lunches. All gave glowing reviews. We all had a house margarita- strawberry or peach. Flavor is good. But super sweet. Ideally I would've added another shot, but wanted to give a review on the standard (plus I had to return to work)!Overall, not bad. But not amazing, either. Good lunch specials.
I usually am very critical of Mexican food. When I travel I had yet to find food that was even close to anything I can find back home in California. Being so close to the border is just a different experience. However this was some of the most authentic great tasting Mexican food I have ever had on the road. Everything from atmosphere to the service was awesome. I would I highly recommend!

The music is so loud!!!! Food us typical Mexican fare. Service was good. Won't go back. Can't carry on conversation.
Don Tequila's is larger than it appears but the floor plan still allows for some privacy. The menu is massive, and there are some unique dishes, especially on the seafood side. The food was delicious, and the servers were friendly. We went for lunch and it was not too busy. There was a mix up on one of the four items we ordered but they were very supportive and took care of it quickly for us. All in all, we really enjoyed the meal, and am curious to try some of the seafood dishes next time.
Great service, wonderful food and definitely your monies worth. Always one of me and my husband's all time favorite places to go. Don't be fooled on the sizes of food on the menu, everything is much larger than yhey appear.
Had lunch with a friend at this restaurant. The portion sizes were great. The food was tasty. The waiter was very attentive and the prices were reasonable ($7.99). I would visit again.
Well.... the people were nice but the food tasted like trash. The guac was freshly squeezed out of a pouch. It's not an authentic Mexican restaurant, I think it's a bunch of pilgrims cooking in the back . i am so disappointed. I spent 17 bucks and I end up throwing the food in the trash. I should of known when I pulled up and the parking lot was empty. I have to stick to the Mexican food trucks. After reading other reviews, I am officially sick. They have Roaches. Most of the people that are giving them 4+ stars are family members and thats a lot of family members.
The food was so delicious and it looks like on the weekends they have some
