Always the most delicious sub in town. Quick. Good service. Everything always seems to be in stock. They have a loyalty program that helps with the sticker shock but even at the higher than subway prices it it 100% worth it
Worst Customer Service Ever!!!Doors were locked during business hours. Second attempt I was ignored no one acknowledged I was there in front of them waiting for anyone to take my order. Left without ordering anything after 10 minutes of No Service or Greeting. Was told by a customer at a Firehouse sub shop the Olentangy DeBellas location has no walk in ordering services, it's pick up or delivery service only. What if I was there for a pick up order? I was Never asked. My office will not be ordering subs at the Olentangy DeBellas location. Poor Customer Service always means the employees do not care about the people and the food. Be very cautious about ordering food from that location.
Lynette the co manager is a Rockstar! Watching her delgaye to her team and navigating guest orders with a smile. All this while the temp are Hot outside... she keeping it cool inside. A smile on her face. Team having fun! Great Job! Outstanding team and team leader.
We have been here before..but had been few years. I'm back to going to The James.... DiBella's is right on corner lol... Had the BESTEST Meatball sub ever!!! Husband had The Godfather Sub...both were Amazing!! We went to a park & had super yummy picnic..
Good commercial sandwiches. The bead is the best part. Cheese steaks should not have peppers on them.... They should have pastrami but don't. What they do have they do well but I would really like a half corned beef half pastrami with caramelized onions cherry peppers and deli mustard.
Melanie was amazing! She took our office order, delivered in a snow storm, and the food was perfect! 10/10 recommend, we will definitely order again!
I am 7 months pregnant and I wanted a salad so bad. Caesar salad is what I got and it was the best salad I've ever had in my life! The chicken was perfectly sliced and the salad was fresh! It was amazing I didn't even know this place existed I seen it on door dash and gave it a try..I'm so glad I did because that salad was everything! My friend said the sub was really good too. ? thank you!
Yesterday was the first time I've been to DiBella's. I visited during a busy lunch hour and wasn't very sure of the steps in how to order. I spoke with the woman at the cashier station and she not only helped but went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. I then made my way down to the ordering area and took a number. When it was my turn, the woman at the ordering station showed so much compassion and kindness in helping me through the steps of ordering. Next, I decided to get a soda and side with my order. Holding the soda and side, I waited for my sub, the cashier once again was very caring, she offered me a bag and placed napkins, utensils, my bottle of soda and macaroni salad in it. My sub was up shortly and the women who took my order remembered which one was mine without asking my number. So many times folks make you feel welcomed at restaurants but these 2 individuals made me feel WANTED and VALUED. This really changed my day around and I'll definitely be back.
Best subs in the downtown area. the everything bagel bread is amazing. The Dagwood is a favorite and the Veggie when I want to feel healthier. Get you sub grilled. SO GOOD. There are SO many toppings and dressings. You really cant go wrong. JJ's tastes like carboard compared to DiBella''s.
First time eating here my husband got a large buffalo chicken sub which he said it tasted like frozen chicken strips that you can buy at Kroger. He took a few bites of his sub and Did not finish the rest. I had a medium steak sub which was OK. I think you guys are very overpriced for $32 for two subs a drink and one bag of chips. Definitely not satisfied.
