first off you need to clean your restaurant floors there was dirt tracked out to the sidewalk at the front door. the hostess had I guess you would call white crocs on but they were so dirty and nasty they should have been thrown in the trash. the waitress was obviously high probably on crack I thought she was going to pass out when she took her order. food was good and hot.
Service was terrible! I am so disappointed. Food was bomb though
The food was good, the service on the other hand was terrible, we were basically ignored when we walked in and waited 5 min to be seated and only reason we got seated is my wife had to find the lady, now you may say, why didn't you just leave? I really wanted Denny's! I asked for a refill and she forgot so I asked again and was forgotten about again, after 10 min of waiting my wife got me the refill, she never checked on us after we got our food to see if everything was good or if we needed anything, I really wouldn't suggest this location after this experience, I won't be returning
It was absolutely good my waitress Dorothy love that lady she work hard really appreciate her to make sure that everything is right when it comes to our order. But the food was absolutely amazing everything came out hot. It just the building be so cold.
Jasmine was our server and she was great. Attentive and listened to us. The food was good also.They were out of hand soap in the women's restroom. It just made me wonder how other people and staff were washing their hands.
This was a great breakfast experience. The waitress welcomed everyone with a warm welcome and checked to make sure that you were content and that you had everything you needed. The food was quickly out and was cooked to perfection
If I could go without giving a star I would!*Taylor (my server) went to the bathroom and RINSED her hands!*Went from cashing people out, taking orders and serving NEVER washing hands or putting on gloves in transition!*Food was cold*Taylor (said to be a manager) was the worst server, rude would be a compliment!*Dishes dirty; not once but twice including white stuff floating in apple juice ?*Had other items I did NOT order nor est on my check and was gonna "guesstimate" the difference! Um no ma'am I had her correct it properly!*Poured me "a" cup of coffee, never to taste another sip again!*napkins would've been nice but since we didn't eat much I guess wasn't really needed!*Chicken bites put in bowl with sauce drizzled over. NOT AT ALL how Danny's serve that up (it's my 11 yr ild favorite meal there)Just over all bad experience!
Got there 814 this morning. The server cleaning the door told me they are not open for dine in. While there were people dinning in. I don't know why she would do that. Out of curiosity I sat in my vehicle outside for the next 30 minutes and I saw her seating people for DINE IN after telling me there are not open for dinning in.
I went there and ordered five eggs over easy side of bacon side of sausage and fried potatoes. When I got home there were three eggs over easy and the potatoes weren't done and the bacon was half done. This Denny's was on olentangy River road and I will never go there again.
