Actually!! They get no stars. I ordered a veggie pizza. Which they sent a cheese pizza. Which I never order am all cheese pizza. They did not want to make the pizza right. They was suppose to return my money. I am still waiting for my money. When I returned the pizza. They customer service sucks because they are rude and liars. I would not recommend this place to anyone
I was there last weekend there was a discrepancy with a money transaction I was told we could look at the cameras, so I said ok, then they said I have to wait until Saturday when Jody was there asked for my nuBet. Never heard from Jody so I called on Saturday they said she wouldn’t be in until Monday never heard from her. I called her today Tuesday of course there wasn’t any discrepancy and I can’t see the video and they never called me I had to call her. Her excuse was there was no discrepancy but that is not how to resolve money discrepancy with a customer. She told me I have to file a police report to see the video. So I’m supposed to take her word instead of showing me the video. Poor communication, thief, poor customer service especially with resolving a money discrepancy. I will be filing that police report to see the video.
Let me say this place is usually 5 stars without a doubt. Customer service is always good at pick up and delivery. I obviously caught them in a bad night. Ordered 24 wings well done with sauce on the side and xl half and half. The order was correct, even came in the time window it was promised. The quality was terrible. The pizza was over cooked, cold, and dry. The lid on all the sauces came off and spilled in the bag, and the wings tasted like old grease. In their defense, I did request well done… unfortunately this is what a waste of $50 looks like at the end of a long hard Saturday.
BEWARE! I went in yesterday and the experience was awful. After ordering over the phone and them advising it would be 20 minutes of course 25 minutes later when I went in it was not ready. It took about ten additional minutes and that’s fine. Got to my destination and there was hair going throughout the sub. I called and advised and there was no apologies. She immediately put me on hold. Then picked the phone back up and told me to come back and they would remake it. I went back and the staff had terrible attitude literally saying “oh well.” Then when I asked if they used hair nets they said rudely, “NO.” When I told them all having long hair in food service they should they told me to talk to the manager. The manager stated if I didn’t like it I could talk to the general manager, but refused to give the general managers info. They all said their general manager did not require them to wear hair nets and THEY DID NOT HAVE ON ANY GLOVES. I liked this place, but I felt consumers should know this people are disgusting and me and other customers watched them make the food with no gloves or hair nets. I was shocked and sad because I could never eat there again knowing how nasty they are. Devon was the name (I believe) given of the nasty host at the cash register.
Although i didn’t really like the pizza much when i tried it in 2018 i still enjoyed the service when i came to come to my friends Party. In fact his mom and dad own the dawghouse pizza store! The party was fun. Nice soda and drinks. And nice and big TVs. Even a lottery ticket machine. Even a game truck came to the party. Btw sup Simon.
I ordered from there about week ago and I ordered an extra large works pizza and bbq chicken wings and everything was great and perfect to be my first time and timing was right and also going back to orders subs can’t wait see you guys soon
I ordered here all the time. You would think that they would take in consideration of they're regular customers well I ordered the sub and a pizza my sub aluminum foil they opened it several times it wasn't no fresh foil wrap And the lady that came in delivered my food didn't even have it in the bag she had it open and snatched my money from me. Talking about thanks rude!!!
Very good but if you something really special try there subs greatest in town
We had the Greek Gyro and it was horrible. The cost was good but it was the kind you can buy in a packet at the grocers. I was very disappointed with it and would not recommend it at all. They should stick to pizza the rest of the menu is bland and tasteless
I couldn't stay and enjoy the atmosphere but the professionalism of the staff and spacious environment made it a very warm visit. Great selections concerning the menu.
