Gaming experience was wonderful minus a couple if games under maintenance while we were visiting. But as far as the food goes, in my opinion, it was over priced and very low quality. The wait time was unbelievable. Will definitely stop at one of the many other restaurants around the Columbus area and then just stop by here to game it up after!

My son and I visit Dave and Busters monthly if not more, and generally come at lunch time and stay for several hours to play games together. I like the steak salad and he loves the all American burger. Today we went as we normally do arriving around 1:45pm. I went to a bar table and waited to be served while my son went ahead to begin playing with his charged band. At 10 after 2pm no one had been to our table. I went to the hostess stand and asked for a menu and asked if there was a server. She assured me someone would be with me shortly. The bartender brought Menus to the table and we ordered drinks. After a while the hostess brought our drinks to the table and no one returned. After being there for more than 1/2 hour, I advised my son would we would go somewhere else for lunch, and he went to say goodbye to someone he had been playing with. The hostess came back and asked if we were ready to order and I advised her we were all set, and that I would just pay for the drinks. She went to the bar advised the bartender, and the two young ladies proceeded to make rude remarks loud enough for me to hear. No one returned to the table. I went to power card station and advised the woman there that I just wanted to pay for the drinks and that we had been treated rudely and just wanted to leave. She offered to get a manager and I refused. As a member who loves your business and tips our servers VERY well when we visit, I was extremely disappointed. I really hope this is not the new level of service we should expect at this location. If so we will not be returning.

We went to play games today at Polaris location which is the best one compared to Hilliard in my opinion. Not so often do we eat or do drinks here, as I'm usually with my kids to play games. I love how they finally updated there games and alot of newer ones too and seems more spacious compared to before now which is nice! Game tickets are earned virtually on your card which you can reload anytime at kiosk or check your ticket balance as well without having to talk to someone. We spend an average of $60 total for 2 of us to play close to hour or hour and a half of game play together on most games. Food is pretty decent here though the few times we have eaten here and a really nice bar size if coming with friends! Overall a great place to hangout with adults or kids and stay entertained for a bit for decent pricing!

It was out first time going here, and we had a blast! Lots of newer games and fun ways to play some older ones (I was quite happy to see that they had Galaga). Even the prizes were way better than what you find at similar places, both in quality and value. As for the food, well... it was great too! I ordered the fish and chips, and it did not disappoint! Portions were good sized, flavor was delicious, and everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The only negatives were the noise level and how crowded it was. The noise is a bit of a non factor all things considered, but they could improve the aisle space of the game area and reduce the bar area a bit, to reduce the majority of the crowding, which happens in the game area. Several times we had to route around unobservant people, or larger groups.5/5, we will be going back!

My kids had a lot of fun which is why I give 3 stars.Service at the bar and bar area was quite slow, even though there weren’t many people there. The table tents mentioned ordering on an app and had a QR code that didn’t work. The app from the Apple App Store didn’t allow for online ordering. The app mentioned dollars spent adding points for playing games but I couldn’t get it to work. It recognized the game card we bought but didn’t apply any points. The place could have used some deep cleaning and it may have been understaffed. Someone tried to unclog the sink for at least 30 minutes while ignoring any customers.Several games had issues or were off.My kids are very young and wouldn’t know the difference. Still, I think we could find a much better way to spend $150.

Great food An atmosphere fun place for the family

great fresh food and fun entertainment.

Thought the food was overpriced for what you were served. The games were fun. Even though it was crowded we could still mostly get around and didn't have to wait long for most games. Kids had fun which is what matters.

We had so much fun! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because there were so many people there it was often difficult to get on a game. It was shoulder to shoulder. I guess that is an indication that it is a pretty popular place. Service was excellent, games were fun, and the food was delicious.

Overpriced for the small amount of food and it doesn't stand out. Also our waiter was terrible, None of us (5) ever got a refill or even asked if we wanted one, he was completely rude to the other people I was with. Told them not to order until the people on our check was done ordering then got mad because they ordered an appetizer separately from our appetizers.
