ALMOST didn't get a table. This coffee is great, but it's more the atmosphere - great place to work (if you have headphones).EDIT: because I see it mentioned here, I order a caramel latté every time I come here and it is delicious. Never bland, never unflavored, never under-flavored.
I normally like going to this place but the person today who was taking orders around 11:30 was incredibly rude. He cut me off before I could tell him to run my card for more to give them a tip and he just had a really poor demeanor. He then went to the restroom while there were 5 cars behind me. I got there and there were zero cars in line. Why not go then. Happy I didn’t tip because they forgot my sweetener in my matcha freeze. Four stars for being good in the past.
This used to be my go to shop in my neighborhood but the past few months it has become super inconsistent in quality. I have received a few drinks that tasted terrible and were generally wrong temperature wise. All the staff seems to be different and it is affecting the quality of the drinks. Just not worth the gamble to go there any more.
The staff was very friendly! The lady at the front with the blonde ponytail was super helpful and we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. If you like your drinks to taste like coffee and not just sugar, you’ll love it here. Just found my new coffee spot!
This location is the absolute best! We come for the delicious coffee but the crew keeps us coming back! Even through the struggles of losing staff to Covid concerns, the management staff here, Jake in particular, always goes above and beyond. Thanks so much for being our go to place to feed our cold brew addiction!
Matt was in the drive thru taking my order was very kind and friendly, we get up to get our order and he asked how my day was and was being genuine. He actually cared about his customer service attitude and I respect that. He’s got it down! Give him a raise or promote him in my opinion. 5 stars for Matt! Thanks for the excellent service!
If you're looking for burnt, TERRIBLE coffee and the most mediocre food, this is your place. The drive-thru and the workers are the only good thing about it. Do not go here if you care about quality food.
Crimson Cup's quality has gone down over the past couple of months. We have been going there for years and loved their coffee, their friendly staff, and their delicious blended coffee drinks. In the last two months, though, the staff seems to have turned over---no familiar faces. And the drink orders have been messed up the majority of the times we go, which used to be multiple times per week. I think today was the last straw. My daughter ordered a large iced mocha, but it had no coffee in it. It was just chocolate milk with ice and whipped cream. We've experienced messed up orders more often then not. On occasion, I've taken them back in to be corrected, but too often we are in a hurry and don't have time to turn around and wait in line again. One other big mess up was when I ordered a peppermint mocha, and instead got a peppermint mocha that had another flavor syrup and cinnamon on top, while my daughter's latte was plain. My drink was literally undrinkable. It's unfortunate, but we will be choosing other coffee shops over Crimson Cup in the future. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year a few times a week. At first I really enjoyed the drinks here & the staff. Lately I’ve been coming daily when out and about… Sadly my last few drinks have been sorry. I always order with no whip simply because I don’t like it, but yesterday my drink had whip & not only did it have whip, it didn’t even have coffee in it, it was just a cup of very overpriced flavored milk. & sometimes the drive through order taker doesn’t put the order in correctly even though it’s repeated back to me correctly resulting in me receiving a hot drink when I very clearly say ICED! So when I give the drink back and say it was supposed to be iced, they seem frustrated & start talking among themselves over the headsets.
Worst coffee in the last three year. I’ve been a loyal customer to crimpson cup for three year, recently the service is downgrading and the my drinks never tasted what I ordered. Today I ordered a caramel latte, they took the order and made me a latte with no caramel taste. When I asked they said we’re out of the caramel syrup and made another one with caramel sauce which tasted awful and very very sweet. This was my last coffee from there ??.
