Ordered pizza/breadsticks & a Italian hoagie during our vacation from new castle pa. Food was amazing, fresh and hot upon delivery.
I’m addicted to this pizza! I have had pizza in almost every state in the U.S., in Canada, and throughout Italy, and this is my 2nd favorite pizza!! Trieste Pizza in Rome, IT is my #1. I dreamed about that pizza for days after eating it. I still get shivers down my spine just thinking about it.Anyways, Cottage Inn has damn good pizza!
I have called the past week, every day to find out why Cottage Inn Pizza was not delivering. The first time I called, she stated that they were shorthanded and hung up. Everyday is the same except her attitude has escalated. Today, I tried to order a pizza over the phone and she stated there were only two people working and they were extremely busy. She hung up. Another associate from that restaurant called me twice to cuss me out. The only thing I suggested to the person I talked to today, they need to up the pay and hire more people. Apparently she did not like that and so now the manager is calling me Non-Stop using profanity.
Our first visit to Pizza Cottage sadly is our last .The pizza was excessively salty to the point of not being able to eat itTo salvage our leftovers I cut it up and sprinkled it over salads like croutons and was still excessive saltBe aware those with salt issues like higher blood pressures, cancer concerns, ademas, etc...I was so excited to get pizza, It looks good, smells good but very Disapointed in salt content ,?
Good sauce and even better mozzarella. And the different crust options add to the pizza for the last bites.
Employee was rude and unprofessional. I tried to order pizza for several days but was unavailable. She stated, well no screamed at me, we don't have enough employees working. It's going to be awhile before you get your pizza. Oh I'm sorry we're not delivering today again X 3 days.
We had to come to Columbus for a week back in October. We don't really like to eat chain restaurants so this was something we had never heard of so we ordered. Im telling you the "Cuban " is one of the best pizzas ive ever ate. We enjoyed it so much we ordered it again two days later. Now were back in Columbus again two months later and we will be enjoying it for a third time.

This was the WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!! This was my 1st Ancaster time to have this pie. I paid 30 bucks for pizza and salad and soda. The salad was 9.00 for a salad my 5 year old would eat alone. The pizza was burnt. The only they they didn't ruin was the Pepsi. I've had better pizza in a school lunch!
This place was horrible to order online and checkout as a guest, I’m super bummed because the East Lansing location was 10000000009x better. Bummer.
