Server was great, food only adequate. Totally surprised that there was no vermouth available to make a proper martini for birthday celebratory cocktail
We have dined here many times and always loved it! Thatâs why I chose it for my Bday dinner. On this visit the fresh fish selection was limited and the tuna was a dark red indicating the freshness wasnât there. Service started off pleasant as our server was very nice. However we got the check before desert and then abandoned as our server had a small party table nearby. We enjoyed the Alaskan King crab for and appetizer, I had the cedar plank salmon and my daughter has the shrimp scampi postal that was pretty bland and the noodles more on the firm side. The chocolate cake was still as good as I remembered it. Iâm not a fan of styrofoam boxes, especially at this price point. We were told it is no long part of Cameron Mitchellâs and unfortunately it shows.
It was overall good, However the decor and the tables are dated. Table tops are sticky. I had grapefruit basil martini and hubby had Zest bourbon, both were way too sweet and skimpy. 4 sips and it was empty. Better off getting wine instead which we did afterwards.
The server, Elissa was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, & attentive. The manager was also excellent in attending to guests.
Food was prepared as requested. Very tasty and pleasant meal.
Our server Justin was great and the food was just as good as I remember.
The food was good, but for this type of place, it should have been Great. The Chilean Sea Bass could have been any white fish. The fried plate was ok. The Ahi Tuna bowl was Great.
We were the first customers for a Saturday lunch - party of four. Cocktails were a bit slow in arriving but were good. I asked that, because of my hearing aids, that thematic be turned down and that was done immediately. Everyone's food was reported as good. this was my first time at CFM but the other three were returning customers. I look forward to returning.
I just don't think the food was worth the price we paid.
Our experience was great; food was very good, service was fast and the server was ver attentive!
