I regularly go to the 2 current locations in Columbus. The food is tasty, healthy, and reasonably priced! I'veeven tried the frozen dinners which actually TASTE GOOD! However, I do have a few criticisms for your consideration:I've tried quite a bit of the menu. Although I don't care for the taste of the hamburger buns, the wraps and flat breads are very good. However, there is an inconsistency in slicing the wraps. Sometimes the wrap is sliced in half, and other times a 1/4 is cut instead of a half. That 1/4 consists mostly of the end of the wrap and not much flavor, lacking the other ingredients. It's not a big deal, but it would make the experience better. I enjoy trying the daily sides! My favorite side is the sweet potato fries- they are often a little burnt, but I don't mind that. Once or twice, I've eaten them soft and a little wet (my first time at Sawmill a few months ago and I think one other time more recently). It tasted like they were microwaved. Other than that, they were excellent. Also, I was not given the daily special price for my flat bread when I ordered it on a Wednesday a few weeks ago. I didn't say anything, because it's not a big deal. But the employees should be aware of the prices if you are going to have a special. Lastly, I noticed that your meal plans do not have vegan or vegetarian options. As someone who goes on vegan diets periodically, it would be nice to have that option available.All that aside, love the food!
Ordered a vegetarian bowl, got it home and they had put chicken on it. When called to let them know, the manager said he spoke with his staff, and none of them put chicken on anything they weren't supposed to. So .. I'm a liar, apparently. No refund, no ownership of the problem, and NO LUNCH for me. Complete jerks.

Holy moly. This chicken pesto wrap is amazing! I just found my new best lunch option. I also got the berry smoothie and it’s also delicious. 10/10 recommend! And service was great!
The staff here is great. I've come here every week for over a year for their awesome weekly meal prep service. At this point the staff recognizes me. They are a really solid team and must undoubtedly have really good management
Not recommend! I ordered a burger, and the bun was stale and tastes like it was reheated from frozen food. The food portion is terrible too, among the 8 fries I got, one of them was burnt.
Great place to eat if you are into healthy eating. Portions are sized right and meals can be incorporated into any meal prepped program. This place is a bonus for me when either I just didn't meal prep my own food or when I don't feel like actually cooking. My new fav place!
I've started placing a weekly order online for 5 fresh meals with low carbs and high protein and picking them up in the Graceland store on Tuesdays. Every week, they email me the upcoming menu with macros. The meals make convenient and tasty lunches with the meat in particular being properly cooked. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because it's not cheap to order with the low carb, high protein special modification (usually around $9 per meal). Otherwise, I've been happy with everything.
Had a sweet potato/black bean bowl. Very heart healthy, as eating right has become important since my granddaughter was born with CHD. #healthyheart
they only show comment that are positive. even when you choose show all comments (supposedly there are 4, but they only let us see one.) so now I don't trust them. I see them as hiding truths, and not being transparent. now I'll never eat there. and will discourage others from doing so.
