I had City BBQ today. The chicken was great and the baked beans. The banana pudding is the best! But the man n cheese was a disappointment. The noodles were so overcooked they were mushy and disgusting!
Wait time was longer than expected food wasn't as good as I know it could have been ( past experience) table's we're dirty and trash overflowing floor sticky and in need of a good mopping and beverage and sauce area was a complete mess and noone around to address the issues or complaints/requests from customers. Serves was simply lacking all across the board ? I'll try different local next time.
They don't actually do curbside. You have to walk in. They pack the bags so full that any breading or sandwiches are completely smashed. They thought it was ridiculous that I wanted replacements. ALSO CHECK YOUR ORDER MINE WAS MISSING STUFF.Food good but noticeably smaller portions.
Always love the food but this particular site needs a Mgmt upgrade. We waited an hour and a half. Granted itwas Father's Day but don't tell me when the food will be ready if it won't be. Then we found out they were out of my chosen meat selection.I was offered a substitute and waited for that. The young manager was kind and polite. The kid at the pickup counter needs some restaurant etiquette.
Decent BBQ, and very friendly staff. I highly recommend.
To start with the place was filthy, floors, tables, restrooms, all of it. We found napkins to clean our table. The food prep employees had a food fight, actually throwing food at each other! In addition, the foul language! As they yelled at each other the entire time we were there. The ice machine didn’t work, and they weren’t the least bit apologetic about it. The food quality was poor as well. I hope this isn’t the direction all City Barbecues are going. We certainly will never try this one again.
Used to be a great spot. Now they can’t get in person orders correct. They rang me up 3 different times because they couldn’t take my order correctly. Nothing complicated. Then they over charged me. Employees act like they don’t care and don’t want to be there. Customer service is nonexistent. Disappointing

Never order delivery through the app - it goes through Door Dash and if Door Dash screws up the delivery they say it’s Door Dash’s fault and there’s nothing they can do about it
Delicious food, ordered outside pickup and no one came out. I went inside and order was not started. I waited and then asked again after 15 minute wait. My order was sitting on a shelf ready but the girl I gave my name to never called me.
