Looks so drained. This place used to be heaven for kids now its not fun not enough games events or space to actually enjoy a party. Always will love the pizza but even the employees just seem like the place has given up. If it were up to me I'd have a total makeover, and compete with the other newer places that are actually called fun. My family spent 350 here and for the same price or cheaper you could hit scene 75 or dave and busters. Way to expensive for a run down establishment on its last leg. Please someone buy this place and lets bring back the chuckecheese we all know could be better.
Just terrible! I don't know where to start. When I got there at 3:50 to set up for party (4-6) the unprofessional gentleman told me my table was not ready yet. Walks me over sets up some stuff say party hostess will be over soon to go over things. Ok. 4:10 I go ask the gentleman where do I get the play passes for the party, kids are ready to play games. He said the party hostess is supposed take care of that. She's late we waiting for her to pull up now, but I can do them for you. Took him 5 minutes to do it. Give the play pass to the kid, not activated!! This time I sent dad up. When he came back he said wow I know why you didn't want to go up there. I swear party hostess didn't actually talk to me until 4:20-4:30. And her attitude was I'm just here because I have to. Did I mention the food? Yuck. NOT worth $100!!! Will never host a birthday party here again.Also I was there until about 7 and observed a lot.-The staff hate working here and or children. The only time they smiled was at each other.-A party ended at 5 and no one cleaned anything up.-A party started at 5 and was not set up. Not cups plates nothing-40% of the games don't work-Young lady at the front door didn't look up from her phone when people were leaving.-Chuck E act like he was doing the last 10 minutes of community service.-I watched multiple staff members not only stare down parents but talk and laugh about them as well-Staff has a lot of trouble with the register
Went there for sensory sensitive Sunday and the food was great and our son had a blast just pushing all the buttons and eating his safe food. We will definitely be back soon! Only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful not to have stuff set up for birthday parties so far in advance so that we have less time having to redirect our kiddos attention, They were setup before we got there at 9am. The lady who interacted with us most of the time was super sweet and friendly. She really made all of us feel welcome ?
If I could give zero stars I would. My grandson had his party there from 4-6pm. Where do I start?? The employees were rude and gave off the vibes of not wanting to be there. Chucky was boring & didn't engage with the kids. The games were either broken or took multiple swipes to work but didn't give all the points earned. The pizza was cold & looked old or reheated. They didn't have enough of the Dippin dots for ALL 10 kids so they each only got about 1/4 of a serving each. They cleared our table 30 mins early & moved all our stuff to a smaller table, piling the plated slices of cake onto each other & loosing almost all the stuff from the gift bags. The girl singing Happy Birthday doesn't need to be working with kids. You need to hire someone who enjoys making kids have the best day ever!! Not someone rolling their eyes & barely singing. It was pathetic. I hope my grandsons mom gets half if not ALL her money back because this is not how you get repeat business. Poor customer service, broken games, rude employees & nasty food. Im so glad my grandson won't remember this day but I sure will & it'll take a major overhaul to get me to return.
Really not worth what you pay. One very nice employee and one that had an attitude like she didn't want to be there.Food was good and hot.Most of the games wouldn't work right and took multiple times trying to swipe the card to get them to work.
Fun atmosphere with of games for younger and older kids. Food is overpriced and disappointed that the play place and slide are no longer there.
Went for my nephews birthday party tonight from 4-6 and got rushed out of our table 20 minutes early. The girl literally was taking all our pizzas away and sticking them in boxes before we was done and moving all our stuff and taking the table cloths off while we was trying to let the kids play for their last 30 mins because they didn't get time to play since we had to eat, open gifts, and do cake. We had to stop from playing to go move all our stuff to a different table because she rushed us out so early. She was a very poor person to have come sing happy birthday and dance for the kids too. Definitely not worth the time to waste your money at that place. On top of that half the games was broke and didn't load all the points on your card.
Went for my daughters birthday party and when we get there we find out they cancelled our reservation the day before. Didnt get to see chucky or get them to sing happy birthday! Very disappointed! Never Again..
Our little family had fun!! Only thing I can complain about is the bathrooms were gross like every single toilet wasn't flushed tp everywhere. The manager who was there though was fantastic I really appreciated his patience with me!!
Some machines didn't work properly but most were and my son had a ton of fun. Pizza was ok, not the greatest but far from the worse. Boneless wings were surprisingly good.
