I have been here couple of times. Service is great and food is always good. Chilis has limited menu.. but itbis food. Its cajun pasta and grilled chicken is good.Presidente margharita is also good.
This place is gold!! Such great staff and excellent food and drinks.
Unfortunately, as much as I have been a huge fan of chili’s, the past couple experiences has turned me away due to Lauren (our waitress) who we have had twice.she rushed us to order something when we had just sat down. I went to order something from the $10.99 deal...when she came back with my starter.. my sister and I came to a conclusion that we were going to do the “2 for 25” and she didn’t like that. (Mind you that what I had order follows under the 2 for 25 or the 10.99). She said “well that makes my job a lot harder!! Give me a moment to delete everything because there is a lot to delete. (She just kept repeating that) but she was happy (sarcastically) that we both got salads since in her own words “at least this will make job a little bit easier”. Remind you, we hadn’t even ordered our main dish yet either when we had decided to go for the “2 for 25.” So, I don’t understand why she had the attitude but it made my sister and I feel very awkward and uncomfortable.Once we had got our foods on the table...we asked for a manager because I just couldn’t believe how much of a deal she had made that I had decided to go with a different option even though it followed both rules. It had affected the dinner due to the tension between us and the waiter because the manager on duty ended up making her apologize but she didn’t apologize for what she said...she just apologized for how we took what she said.And for the rest of the meal...they still had her as our waitress and would ignore our table on purpose.We were at table 63 on 5.22.22 @ 7:15pm
I can't say enough about our server, Justin. Although he was the only server there at the time, he was extremely courteous, attentive, and helpful. In between customers, he was busy cleaning and taking care of the restaurant. Tori brought our food out quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond! The food was great. This will be our new Chili's.
Our 1st experiences here after Covid-19 were very iffy but Chili's has been quickly improving. The food is really good (from simple to more complex) and if you join their "club," you get free chips and salsa every visit and get emailed different offers like free kids meal. I recommend trying them at least twice (1st time might suck)
This is the best Chili's my family has ever been to. The staff were so kind and funny. Also, they were very attentive to us. Before I ever had to ask for a refill, they came with more drinks. And the setting of the restaurant was bright and open with only a few televisions for sports. It allowed for a more welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Plus, the food was amazing. (They even have a LEGO minifigure hiding in the restaurant.) Would most definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a good meal and great service.
I almost always use the curbside pickup and order on the app. The good is always perfect as well as the service!!! I've never had a wrong order here. I highly encourage you to download the app. You get free stuff and specials all the time. We always get so much for not much $. Highly recommend!!
Before you even enter the restaurant there is a sign posted that asks for your patience as the restaurant is short staffed. I certainly understand New Year’s Eve and Covid can make for a stressful situation. In our case we arrived and I was happy to see the restaurant wasn’t crowded and there was plenty of staff that was either waiting tables or cleaning. I’m noticing a theme lately where you enter the restaurant and you just wait to be greeted. I stood at the front for about five minutes (I’m being generous by saying it was five minutes.) before the gentlemen at the bar came over and acknowledged us. The last member from our party it took them 9 minutes to get the restaurant and we were not seated until they were parked. The gentleman apologized about our wait and the lack of no hostess being available to greet and seated us. Once we were seated it was a good experience. Our server was really nice. The food and drinks were good. We had the 3 for 10.99, where you get to pick a drink, appetizer and entree with two sides. There was a little wait on the food as food delivery had the kitchen backed up. Overall, this restaurant is a great location to shopping at the mall, movies and right off the freeway. There is plenty of parking too.
We decided on Chili's for dinner since it was so late and not many other places was open. Not many inside but it was late. The staff was nice, polite, and quick. They have the inside decorated nicely for Christmas. They have a nice selection of items on the menu. The potato soup was orange which was very weird. It didn't really taste like potato soup, more like cheese soup. The fries were good, a bit greasy but good. And I did decide on the pick 2 for the fajitas. I chose the steak and shrimp. It came with 4 soft fajita wraps. There wasn't an abundance of meat but a good amount . When you mix meats ,they taste good and fill up the shells nicely. Just wish it came with some kind sauce. All in all it was good
Every single time that I have went to this location in Lewis Center I have received top-notch service for myself and my family. Our meals are always hot and exactly as ordered. Staff and management are super friendly. Do not hesitate to stop at the Polaris Chili's
