Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Food came out quick and was fresh and prepared well. Only minor complaint is that we had our infant daughter in a stroller and there appeared to be no ramp or low spot along the sidewalk to the entry, so may be an issue for those in wheelchairs

Chili's is always a safe bet for standard food. It's not fine dining but at this location the service is good and the meal was served its purpose.

Nice size hearty ribs and steaks along with cocktails that compliment your meals. Friendly and fast service. Convenient parking spaces around the building.

We had a great server. She was friendly and able to recommend a few things but not pushy. I wasn't overly thrilled with what I ordered (it ended up being too spicy for me) but the others in our party were happy with their choices.

The food was great!!! I feel like the service I got was great considering how short staffed they were. I didn't have to wait any longer than normal for my food and though he was trying to cover a lot of territory, my server was good. The only thing I don't like is that this the only Chili's in Columbus!!!

Worst curbside experience I've ever had. We put the order in, right before our pickup window opened we parked told them we were there, gave our spot number and a description of our vehicle. We waited, and waited, and waited (which we were happy to do, figured with staff shortages everywhere it wasn't a big deal if it took a little longer than the app thought it would). Finally 25 minutes after our window for curbside delivery had closed I went in to find out what happened to the order. As it turned out, it was sitting by the register, they received the information but never had anyone bring the food out to us. Obviously I asked for a refund rather than eat cold food, the first person (not a manager) was pretty indifferent, the manager seemed put off, but said he'd process the refund and we'll have it in 2 to 3 days, I'll definitely be checking for that. But I truly believe this will be my last time at a Chili's restaurant. We were on the fence before the pandemic, but they had done so well with having a curbside option that we started going there again, guess that was the wrong decision.

My dad and I went there in late afternoon after a doctors appointment. Chili's has a lunch menu til 4. So we both took advantage of it and got the burgers and salad. The fries were crispy, the burger were big and tasty and the salads were the right size. I got a coke and my dad a tall draft. The check came to $25 to me that's a deal. Most other places you're going to spend $35 or $40 for the same. The lunch was a deal especially since it was till 4. The food was hot and so good and our server was quick and friendly. A good choice for us, we will be back soon.

I’m a regular customer here and The times we have asked for Chilis curbside have been a very good experience, until today. We arrived and I sent the number where we are. My order was ready at 6:45 we arrived 7, we waited 20 minutes and nobody came out. I walked in and there was a girl taking an order from a person. Wait and nothing, I went to a shelf where it said Door dash, canceled orders etc and searched until I found my order. The girl neither greeted me nor answered or looked at me, I asked her and when I said goodbye nor did she look at me, neither she answered, Customer service 0. I work as an AGM in a fast food, it costs nothing to be attentive to customers.

Placed a curbside order. Email said it would be done around 6:34-6:39pm. I live really close to the store. I have three young children. Running out for a minute to save on ridiculous door dash markups, fees and tips is perfectly reasonable for me. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes before going in to see what was going on with my order. I had tried calling repeatedly, both the curbside option and the main store option. No one would pick up the phone period. When I went in the employee told me that he couldn’t find my order at first, then said it wasn’t done. I asked for a refund. He said it was a Saturday night and he couldn’t give a refund. He would see about getting a manager. I couldn’t wait any longer due to needing to get back to my kids. I called back the next day. Explained the situation. Got no apology from the manager and his main concern was confirming that I had even placed an order. I gave him the order number directly from the email I received and he couldn’t find it. Again with no apology he said I can’t find it and he’d call me back. He also said they only give refunds on food at the CORPORATE LEVEL. My order was for $18. One item and a drink. I’m clearly not looking to scam the store here. Horrible experience. Horrible interactions with an mildly abrasive, dismissive employee and manager. Trash all around ?.
