Very nice people. Right now we use a QR code to view the menue and then you pay online. The food came out quickly long before our flight.We tipped with cash but you can add a gratuity online also.
To start, you have to scan a barcode. This takes you to a menu, but kept having service temporarily down messages and my cart emptied. Limited options, boneless wings had a select choice option for plain, BBQ, Honey Mustard, ranch, blue cheese, and Chipotle (÷ $0.60). I told waitress and she said how do you want them tossed. I said honey Mustard because that was the option...also there is a separate menu option for the same price for Chipotle Boneless Wings lol.Food: was OK. I'm on a soft food diet so had to fight through the crunchy breading. Chicken was moist and tender. Fries were good.Due to the QR code ordering with no easy alternative, I will recommend eating ahead of time.
You have to order on a website via QR code. The menu takes forever and is not intuitive. Items in the photos are not available like Presidente Margarita. Got a margarita and it came out in a pint glass, no salt, and tasted like sugary syrup.
We ordered fried and breaded Mac & cheese bites, fried breaded coliflower bites, fried breaded mushrooms and wings. All delishious. Service was good, bathroom is clean, and there's alot of seating if you have a large group. I would return to this place again.

I was at John Glenn Airport attempting to eat at Chilis. They proceeded to tell us their kitchen is closed at 7Pm which is 2.5hours earlier than they are suppose to. Extremely rude service. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I always stop in here when I visit Columbus, but I have to say this time I was highly disappointed. The service was mediocre and the margaritas got smaller but more expensive. I paid $17 for a margarita in a regular glass with no salt. It looked like a 12 oz lemonade with a little alcohol in it. A Total Scam.? I guess my long standing tradition has come to an end.

Definitely recommended.Lost a star due to covid changes. Partitions at the bar, ordering is online via your phone, and menu is really reduced.Nonetheless, friendly service, still a good burger and a great place to stop for a beer and\or a bite before your flight.
