They take"fast food" and put it in a great category. Fast service and the quality is consistent no matter which location, no matter the state. It's always spot on
Very friendly staff. Went inside to eat and the place was fairly busy. Our order was brought to us before we'd even finished paying. Very impressed. Very clean restaurant.
Very disappointed at the food qualityNot sure what's going on with this company, but food only taste like pepper and salt.The grilled chicken sandwich has a very strong taste of pepper only, I can make it better and it wasn't moist, dry tasting on the exterior.Mostly likely will not be back to any of these chains wherever I travel.Service was nice

The food does taste good, but is overpriced for the portions. Always, overcrowded. Just not worth it for the hassle.
Great experience, friendly staff, fast service 10/10. I was excited when they opened locations outside of the mall. But back when that was the only way to enjoy chick FIL a, I was always there. The chicken nuggets and mac n cheese are a great combination. They also have the freshest salads, and the dressings pair well with them. Sundays are always my biggest craving days, but that's the only day they don't open. I understand why, my hunger pains don't. I can't wait to see what they come out with in the future, now that most restrictions are gone.
Their drive thru is very efficient. They take in a large amount of customers but are able to get you through in < 10 mins. Only my children ate on this trip, so I can't really comment on the actual food. I will update once I do have a chance to partake in the grub.

Fast and friendly customer service. Was quick and efficient at taking orders. And we ordered for a car of 4 people and the order was correct! Food was good too.
Food was hot and freshly made. But we didn't get what we came for, because they were actually out of items. Wanted Chicken Fingers but they were out of Chicken Fingers, so I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. They were also out of Fries, so they offered us a Chocolate Chip Cookie and a Brownie instead. Although we didn't get what we wanted, the Customer Service was great. 4 star rating for Customer Service and Fresh food.
