Chick-fil-A will always be my go to if im in a different city and theres one nearby! The food is amazing and i love their waffle fries!
After I waited 20 minutes for my food, my fries were cold and half filled. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to wait another 20 min for cold fries.
So disappointed!!! We always eat a chick fil-a’s wherever we travel & I have NEVER had bad service until today ! They kept bringing us the wrong food while waiting almost 20 minutes and our food and sauces were wrong :/ so aggravating! & the chicken was crunchy , all around horrible.
Busy yet the food didn't take long to get.

We waited in line for quite a while, which is rare for a chick fil a. After we had our food, we couldn’t leave for about ten minutes because the people before us hadn’t received theirs yet.
I am in town from WI and have never been to a Chick-fil-A. The line for the drive thru went out into the frontage road around the shopping center! Security(?) of some kind was talking with the manager(?) about how they needed to address this. The manager(?) took care of it and the drive thru line wrapped around the building TWICE! Despite all this the line moved quickly, the team members were efficient, polite, MOVED! Alex took my order and was very patient and helpful! Joseph brought me my order w a smile! My chicken deluxe w/o cheese, fries, and unsweetened tea was very good and correctly made. I’d go back for the service alone! Great job!
Some of the worst customer service Ive EVER seen. Rude employees. That isnt how you treat a guest. Constatnly been rude. Go to a different location.
Line moved quickly but I couldn't hear the cashier at all because they had the plexiglass and a table in front of the register for more distancing.
