Not very happy with our visit. We drove 2 hrs to go look at a car and on our way home and thought dang chick fli a sounds good for the drive back and did our order and got it and hit the highway for the long drive back home. To only find out you can't have waffle fries with cheese to eat when you open the bag and find the cheese and no fries. Would of figured this would of happened with McDonald's or Burger King or even taco bell but not chick fli a
What a nightmare… the mobile order line was not in use during the lightening storm which makes sense, but take down the portable signs so people know to wait in the drive thru lane. I got my food after I called and the food was cold and I’m the order was incorrect.
Fast food quality, table service wait times.Drive through line configuration has been different all three times I've been there and there's no opportunity to view a menu before ordering.Even with those inconveniences, they're still very slow. The outside line moves WAY faster than the inside but still about the same as most other Chick-fil-As which is far slower than well-run drive-throughs.Going inside is, unfortunately even slower. Not worth the time, every fast food joint has competing chicken sandwiches now and several are better.
Came to this place to get dinner for my family my daughter picked it after her hair cut, got in the line and the young man that was supposed to be taking orders yelled out "there are 2 lines get in the second one!" Was in the second line but immediately changed that got out of line and ordered roosters instead! I will not come back to this location again or to any other locations for a while. To said young man realize families come here and do have kids in their vehicle your attitude and nasty yelling isn't appreciated, please if your that miserable at your job find one that you like and can be happy.
My husband, daughter and I just want to shout out Ben!!! Not only was he very friendly but he definitely made our night by stating our meals were taken care of tonight! That was definitely a blessing in disguise and we are very appreciative and grateful for that! God bless! ❤️
I'm late to the party. I didn't know what all the hype was about. Now I know. It's my goto. Every visit is meet with a smile and courteous worker bees. They are so organized, there's very little waiting. If you see a long line, go! It will go fast. The food is so flavored and hot and delicious.
Food was good but the bread on the sandwich looked like it had been man handled or half eaten
I picked up a simple order (just a cool wrap) and wanted to give major brownie points to the sweetest worker EVER !! Kallie (Callie … sp?) had simply wonderful hospitality radiating from her during our quick exchange. Thank you for making me smile! As always, the food is great, too. (:
We waited 25 minutes to place our order in the drive thru. Then another line was started with someone walking from car to car taking orders from cars who had just gotten in line. Very frustrating. Also, cars were going in and out of the lot crossing in front of one another. Very chaotic! Some were trying to just get out of line because of the long wait. Our total wait time was 35 minutes. We have always commented on how Chick-fil-A restaurants were so efficient. Not this one. In addition, we didn't hear "It's a pleasure" from anyone, which was unusual. Well, it wasn't a pleasure this time for us either. We will avoid this location in the future.
Mobile ordered for pickup through the drive through waited in line for 30 minutes. Not a single team member said anything to me as I held up traffic of everyone behind me who was getting there food. Had to stop 2 different employees before one finally sent me to the “vip 1” parking spot. I waited another 30 minutes before deciding to just walk inside and speak to someone. Asked for a manager, got a team member instead who miraculously found my food at that exact moment. What a joke. Do not use their mobile order. The drive through was absolute chaos with honking cars the hour that I sat there waiting
