The food and especially mac n cheese was so good. I'm just leaving this review because I saw something that I've never expected from Chick-Fil-A staff. There were two seniors ladies and an 18 months kid who were right by our table and they spelled soda on the table and floor. The guy came to clean up the mess but how he acted wasn't nice. He asked to move to another table without helping them, my friend went to move their stuff instead of the guy. I just thought it will be good to bring this to you guys' attention so this does not happen again. This happened on May 29th around 6:30 pm.
Ordered to go. Spicy deluxe. Mac n cheese. Strawberry shake. Received plain spicy. No utensils for Mac n cheese. No straw for the wrong flavor of milkshake. Failed at absolutely everything
Never disappoints. This visit was a catered meal for 12 of us. Ordered morning of, picked up at 5:15pm, on time and ready for carryout. No mistakes and it was delicious. Recommended.
Is a bad service. I order 2 chicken sandwich and 2 medium coffee with 4 sugar 5 cream. And I have 2 black coffee no sugar and waiting 15 minutes for thi food.
So I’ve eaten here several times over the years before it got popular. My food was good as always. Quantity was lacking today. My large fry was halfway full. And my cheese sauce was almost non existent. I also encountered the first ever “annoyed” employee. He was pleasant to deal with but visibly aggravated. He didn’t ask, nor did the drive thru staff, if I needed any sauces. Todays visit seemed off. No one seemed as joyful and upbeat as normal so I assume something must’ve happened to shake things up.whatever it was affected the five star service and food usually received.
If you don't know what you're doing then please don't guess.Willing to mess up our order just to keep the line moving with no regard for how big of a pain it is for your customers is worse than slow service.When I say "no cheese" that means "no cheese". That isn't code for anything.And "add pickles" means i want them on the sandwich, not just the receipt."Gluten free" means "Gluten free". That isn't code either. It also isn't code for "Just make up something."I know it's confusing when you're trying to set a record for quantity of mess-ups in a single, simple order.
They recently remodeled. They have such great food now! You can tell they got a lot of new staff as well. Everyone is so sweet and does a great job with your order. Since they have remodeled I haven’t had to send a single item back.
Excellant service friendliness and fresh tasty food. My experience has been a real treat. There seems to be a steady decline in all around service from fast food resturants with the exception being chick-fil-a... honestly i will most likely choose to eat here 8 out of 10 times from now on. Thank you....
It's Chick-fil-A need I say more?. Or I will.. service is faster then people who owe u money. Foods better then ur mama house. Cheaper then the 1$ toy u just bought ur kid that he broke taking out of the pack
Chick - fil- A never disappoints. I took a chance and tried the Mac and cheese and it was good. The staff and customer service were excellent as always.
