Their sandwiches are ok. Honestly, I only order from here because the kids love it. We've ordered every time from DoorDash and for some reason every time they do not send the fries we order. Every single time. At this point anytime we order from here we joke that we'll have some doordash credits to use.
Came in today with my daughter. Ordered a veggie sandwich. Came back with sauce only on one side and the veggies ungrilled. They weren’t even warm. I asked for a remake as $8 is a lot for something so lacking. I waited 20 minutes for a remake. When I was waiting two gentlemen and an older woman gossiped and laughed in Spanish. I then found a hair in my sandwich. So bummed because it’s my daughter favorite. The past year it has really downgraded. Staff included:

I love this place. Cheesesteaks are amazing. But like other reviews I would like to see some seasonings added.
They are so cheap with ingredients that it is totally tasteless. They say that they add mushrooms. I did not see one on my sandwich. I saw a piece of onion, but I could not taste any. The tomato was two half-slices of a one-eighth thick slice. (Who cuts a tomato slice in half for a sandwich?) The tomato was really green, probably because they could not slice a ripe tomato that thinly. Thinest piece of cheese in the world! The pretend slice of cheese is just for appearance - no taste. So not an actual cheesesteak. Cheap, blah, and tasteless! It would not be so tasteless if they actually added mushrooms, onions, tomato, cheese, instead of pretending. They charge enough to pay for real ingredients, instead of being so cheap with super-thin pretend ingredients. I went in about 3 (Nov 14, 2021). Not another customer in the store. Four employees did not bother to stop gossiping in the back to wait on me until a line of other customers formed. Not at all worth the money! Will not go back. Jersey Mike's #13 is at least fifty times as good (for a little more money). But Mickey D's "McDouble" is also a lot, lot better at about 1/3 the price. Why are prices inflated on their app? Did they do research and find that app users are less price-sensitive! More dishonesty, just like the super-thin pretend ingredients on the sandwich. Is this particular store a rogue franchise that is cheating customers by pretending to make cheesesteaks at an enormous profit margin? Or are these pretend ingredients company policy?
Overpriced wet bread, not tasty at all. The drink machine is oddly leaking all over the floor. All the floors are dirty in the place. Not much meat but the meat didn't taste right anyways. Can't believe what I paid for 2 sandwiches that are this horrible.Gets one star from the guy working there was very nice and courteous.
Always love Charley's. Consistent, good, hot food.
The only downside is I have to drive so far too get here. The food is always great.
Tasty food, friendly staff, quick fast and in a hurry. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Tried Charley’s for the first time and our cashier, America, was phenomenal! She was so kind and told us about all of the options and made it a point to get sample cups so we could try the lemonade. A little overpriced for the serving sizes, but everything is made to order and the fries and lemonade are definitely worth it!
