I arrived to the restaurant to only find out that fries weren’t available. Well as I asked more questions… it’s not that the fries were sold out or they were out of stock the fryer was turned off 15 minutes prior due to the restaurant closing at 6:30. Well I thought they closed at 6:30 but it’s really at 7 they close. I have never been told at other locations that fries weren’t available. This location is in need of support from corporate. Signed a concerned consumer.My sandwich was standard not dry and seasoned.
Says they close at 7pm. But that’s when they’re out the door and headed home. Good luck getting anything after 6:30 pm.
Put $30.00 in machine in Southwest terminal. A $20 and a $10. Machine said could not dispense and took my money. Called number on machine for Charley's Subs no answer. Called directly to restaurant and they answered. Took my information and said they would get back to me in a week.!!!
Instead of screaming at approaching customers from 35 feet that your closed how about let them approach and then you can be rude to them also who closes at 7pm in an airport. No wonder I will never eat your garbage. Also, it was 6:45.

Charleys is a staple for me. Working in the airport if you forget to bring a lunch your options are limited with the pandemic. These guys operate as much as they can, they're always patient with customers, and do their best to help keep passengers upbeat and relaxed.
