I've been to other locations and they were ALL Bettany this one, floor was sticky, the teenagers behind the counter were more interested in checking their phones than doing their job. Sloooooooow service
Super Bland - Staff was nice, place was very clean and tidy, too bad the food is the definition of "whatever". I ordered the Cheese Steak thinking it would be their signature item and good. I was wrong, super bland, no flavor, no seasoning on the dry steak, no sauce, nothing special. just bland steak with bland bread, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. utterly flavorless. Their subs have the culinary prowess of a broke college student. So disappointing...

I have been eating at Charley's for the past 20 years. I will never go back to this location again. In my experience the staff is unable to complete my orders correctly. The 3 times I've been here they have gotten my order wrong each time. Very inconvenient when using the drive-thru window. I made sure to check before leaving the last time. Once again the order was wrong. They forgot onions. Instead of preparing me a new sandwich they tossed some basically raw onions on the steak sandwich. I will never return. Make sure to check your order before leaving this location.
Service was great! Lady in the front was super sweet and we got our food in about 10 minutes or less!

Love the sandwiches, the one in Polaris is fantastic, I know its the sme sandwich everywhere but Polaris has better flavor.
Got it got to admit wasn't too thrilled. Ordered a Phillies three cheese steak looked more like Phillies dry cheese steak . ? But a thumbs up to the cashier that waited on me ? he was very apologetic but I let him know it was cool. There was one lady cashier I don't know maybe she was a supervisor but I thought she was beyond rude I didn't have too much dealings with her but she did treat another customer very rude and her tone. You're in customer service if you don't feel like being polite keep to the back
