Them steaks and fries cheezy as hell! Delicious meats and breads, fresh grilled vegs, friendly staff. Great place for a snack or quick bite
The experience at this Charley’s exceeded my expectations for a Philly restaurant. The Philly cheesesteak and the milkshake was so delicious and awakening, making made my day 5 times better. The steak was perfectly cooked with the fresh vegetables and provolone like a cherry on top. The service was also favorable, not lacking any expectations for a customer. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends, and this is also definitely a place worth coming by again soon.
I'm giving this a one star because of the cleanliness and the temperature of the food but the overall taste and flavor was bland. There was no greeting upon entering the store and no interaction from the cashier at all.

Wasn't a real Philly cheese steak, but it was still a a decent sandwich, and their fries are ok too. I was just expecting something bigger for the cost.
Really impressive place. We debated a few nearby places and settled on Charley's. I'm glad we did. Really an amazing place, several different takes on cheesesteak sandwiches. The staff was so nice and friendly too. Worth your time and a perfect place to close out our trip to Columbus.
Went to Charley's at Graceland and the employee, an older blonde haired woman, absolutely REFUSED to take my order unless I told her what I DON'T want on the Philly. I kept saying I just want what's on the menu board, cheese, onion, mushroom and green peppers. I told her I don't know what all they had so I couldn't possibly tell her what I don't want? She was very angry and her coworker came up and told me the same thing. At least they could have told me what they have have.I walked out without food and I will NEVER go back. What a horrible experience.
Walked in and I was the only customer in the place. Ordered a regular number one with a side of fries.They served the next two customers before me and when they called my number, the sandwich was cold.Quality and service are wildly inconsistent.CANNOT RECOMMEND
