Takes a bit to get an order. But they are Made to order. It Is good but way over priced for the very small portions. Quality is Good Employees are friendly. The Large Is the Size of a 6inch at subway though and almost triple the Cost. With Jersey Mikes and Penn Station Near by for cost I would hit up one of them. Honestly the Pricing and Portion size is the only reason this isnt a 5 star
Super good food an filling. There loaded fries are so good. I think I got two Phill's fries an loaded fries an two drinks an it was barely over 20 bucks. Pretty reasonable for the food you get.
I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich. It had so little flavor I was worried I might need a COVID test. Also, after spending 11 dollars I should at least be full, but wasn't. I'll give 2 stars because the service was good, the bread was fresh and I should've known not to eat there. The last time I tried their food was at a mall years ago and it was nasty. I'll post a picture of the sandwich you can see shaved bland chicken everywhere with a big glob of a cheese-looking substance ontop.I'll wrap this up as I'm sure the person sitting at Charley's corporate will respond with their canned "we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations" post because they feel the need to get in the last word. So have at it.
Great cheese steak, staff was pleasant. Sandwich was great but light on the fries $2 and something for fries I would expect more than a small handful. I asked for extra mayo, and asked her when she handed it to me if it was in the bag she said yes, but it was not, shame on me for not checking myself. I will still stop when in Columbus for another?
This place is a no for me! I have nothing against the food there because it is good. My issue is with the service. The lack of responsibility to the customers that support this establishment is not acceptable nor should it be the norm for a struggling economy. I'm not asking for royal treatment because let's face it, it's fast food, right. I'm asking for courtesy (provide a level of maturity & humanity to someone that is supporting your job), attention to detail ( make sure that I have what I need to enjoy your food before I walk out the door), and adult respectable communication (speak to me with a level of intelligence & professionalism that is suppost to come with the job & not like I'm one of your homes in the street). I got none of that Tuesday night when I came to this place. So because of that, I will not support THIS location in Columbus Oh on E Broad St.
Pulled up at 9:48pm to place a order... They decided to lock the door and pretend like they dont see me... 10pm which is the time they actually close...I will never visit this location...poor poor management... If you close at 10 you dont lock the door when you feel like it.. Customer service dont exist anymore....
