Little hole in the wall bar… been a few time but never had a bad time.
Right smack dab in the middle of downtown Columbus, right across the street from the convention center and a block from the North Market. Legend has it Lincoln's body stopped here on the way back to Springfield as the downstairs is part of a rail yard, so the bathroom is haunted.

Exactly what we were looking for, a local bar with plenty of flavor! Zack was our bartender, good drinks and music! Definitely go back next visit!
This is a good bar, but compared to many of the other bars in the area it feels underwhelming.
It was fun, I had a LIIT. Old school atmosphere, thought it was 1977 but wait its 2022....my mistake.
In a town that is slowly killing off its dive bars, the char-bar lives at the shine beacon of the type. It should be savored while it's here.
