As someone who loves ramen, this wasn't even close to the best I've ever had. There was a thick and noticeable layer of oil on top of the broth which I almost never see from a premium bowl (or any other). It really made the whole experience a mess and quite off-putting. I think if I were to drink the broth afterwards, I wouldn't be able to keep it down. The pork bowl had bits of caramelized(?) pulled pork which were tasty but didn't really add much to the flavor. Also, the egg was just ok, a bit gritty and bland. I feel bad posting this because the dumplings were delicious, but for a $12 bowl, you're better off just buying a packet of Shin Black ramen at the grocery for $2.49. The owners seem really nice and I hope they increase the quality or decrease the price of their ramen because it just wasn't good.

The two people working the truck were friendly however the food was very disappointing. I got the pork ramen and the flavor was just not very good. Service is probably 4/5 while taste is 2/5.
I wish I could write a glowing recommendation about the food and service, but I didn’t get to sample either, since they decided to bail on an agreed-upon neighborhood visit without notice or explanation (until we contacted them), claiming they “didn’t feel safe” just because the setup area was between a gentleman’s club and an apartment complex.
Not just for ramen, their tacos and hot dogs are fantastic. We saw they were in our neighborhood on streetfoodfinder.com .
