We ate at Cap City in Gahanna on 6/30 for our anniversary. I informed the waiter of my gluten allergy. Unfortunately this was not communicated to the kitchen. I wasn’t sure if it was the chicken or the salad that got me until I ate the leftovers on 7/1. Please please please train staff to take food allergies seriously. Two days of pain 3 hours each day is NOT fun! ???

We ate at Ocean Prime in Indianapolis on New Year's Eve and the food was not worth the price. I had a small filet steak and it was overcooked and not warm. The lobster tail was cool temperature and a bit mushy. We tried to use our bonus gift card and was told it was only good in January. No where on the email gift card did it say that. Very disappointed with food preparation and the inability to use our bonus gift card. For the money, there are much better places to dine out and have great food and great service.

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and he wanted to go to Hudson 29. I was skeptical when I realized it was a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. We have been to several different Cameron Mitchell restaurants and it’s highly overrated. As a foodie I don’t mind spending money for quality food but their food is slightly above average at best. My salad was drowning in dressing; the sushi was not great and the worst was getting the olive oil cake with fruit and the kitchen didn’t even take the peel off the orange. Our server was nice but kept referring to our daughter as “him” instead of being gender neutral. We arrived at 530 and were there over 2 hours. And the worst for me was that the restaurant was not very clean. Our table side lamp was dirty and the lamp shade was stained. The overhead lights had dead bugs and honestly, restaurants should steer clear of carpet for obvious sanitary reasons. Another disappointed experience at another Cameron Mitchell restaurant.

Ocean Club at Easton. Very expensive for food that was just 'meh'. I really expected more. Service and ambience were lovely, but our food was bland and tasteless.

Very disappointed in Cap city dinner.. French fries not even hot, coleslaw not very cold. Had the meatloaf sandwich. It was good..

I was recently VERY disappointed recently when I went to have dinner with my friends at Mitchell's steakhouse. My boyfriend's niece and nephew were recently married and we went to celebrate with them after a sporting event, we were dressed in golf attire. We went to the front door around 7:45 -8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9th, 2021 and were turned away for business because both men had golf caps on, and cargo shorts. Apparently a business hooded sweatshirt that said "HONDA" was also not allowed. In times of Covid, and a lot of people are still working at home, and restaurants are finally allowed to be open I find it odd that a restaurant would be so fussy as to not allow cargo shorts and golf attire. I recently celebrated a birthday at the Ocean Club at Easton for my birthday and called ahead of time to see if I could wear tennis shoes because I'm dealing with plantar fasciitis and I was told that would be fine. When I ordered the lobster and steak for dinner the steak was great, but the lobster tail was only about 3 oz. and very MUSHY, but I did not complain or say anything about our 240.00 tab. This time I am going to complain about Mitchell's steakhouse. They need to check and see why the manager won't let in people with golf attire and ball caps. It was chilly outside that evening and both men are bald. They wanted to keep their heads warm. They could have seated us in the back, but instead chose not to serve us at all. Very disappointed in Mitchells Steakhouse Polaris. I'm sure Hyde Park would have served us in a heartbeat.

We got a Cameron Mitchell gift card just for our anniversary night. I asked a friend which restaurant he recommended and he told me The Pearl Dublin . I asked for the salad with seafood in it and I get a salad with just fruit. I had started eating it before I realized that wasn't what I ordered. I then ordered the harbor steak medium well and it comes out completely cooked and charred black.Managers came to see us but this had already ruined my anniversary experience. My Hubby was trying to help me calm down before I started crying. They offered to remake my meal, but I hadn't eaten all day in anticipation of a great meal so I ate what I could. They also offered us free dessert, but I just wanted to leave before I started bawling. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I posted about it on their page but no one ever responded.

I went to Ocean Prime in Sat Feb 13 2021.We made reservations 2 weeks prior. When we arrived the waitress gave each other a look and sat my wife and I to the side (not at the main dining area). When we sat down we noticed everyone in this area was of color. Coincidence? We asked a couple leaving and they said they also found it odd. Anyway we ate and drank and celebrated. When it was time to pay we figure we use 3 Cameron Mitchell gift certificates we were gifted by a client. The waiter immediately bypassed his cash register and went to the manager. Now we called Cameron Mitchell and used their website to check the balance on all 3 cards. The manager came over and said he can not accept these and that they are beyond his pay grade as to why. He returned and we paid with our CC. I once again checked the balance of the cards and the balance is still there. So now we have 3 gift cards that are completely worthless. I was embarrassed on V-Day and told that they may have been purchased on ebay. Disrespectful! Called corporate no return call.

Fix your website's, all of them. We've been attempting to look at the menu's for each of your locations and every time we attempt to open one of your web pages the loading times are atrocious.

It was a really bad day at Cap City diner in Dublin. We were seated by a hostess who couldn’t find our reservation even though we had it on our phones. After 15-20 minutes and no one approached us to even get drink orders, my son got up and was met by Ken who said he noticed we had not been greeted and apologized. He offered us a free appetizer. We ordered 2 Bloody Mary’s and a beer. After 15 more minutes, the drinks came. The Bloody Mary’s were absolutely awful. Something was either old or the bartender had no idea how to make a Bloody Mary. My son and daughter-in-law had just been there within the week and she said the Bloody Mary’s were absolutely awesome. Obviously a different bartender. No one came to take our order, so my son approached the manager, not once but twice. He finally showed up and offered to redo the Bloody Mary’s. My daughter-in-law got another one, I got a beer, which I settled for. We asked the manager who our waiter or waitress would be and he said Ken could continue with us. After 45 minutes, we flagged down Ken and he said the manager just told him we were his table. Ken had 2 huge tables he was working and was as nice as he could be to us!!! After an hour, we finally placed an order, an easy order. 20 minutes later we got that order. Food was great.2 hours later we walk out of Cap City Diner, pretty unhappy with everything that had happened. It’s not what we expect from a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. We so appreciated our server, Ken, who stepped up and we tipped him appropriately for that. As for the manager and the hostess, they were worthless!
