I had the clam chowder & a cheese steak. My wife got some soup with chillies & a salad.This was the most bland stuff I've ever had. As a chef I try to keep my expectations low, But this is ridiculous. Thirty something for the most bland stuff I've had in years.I've had hundreds of different styles of clam chowder & this can't even beat a canned version, that says something to me. The sandwich was also bland, But the bread was actually good, Not the rolls, those just had a doughy taste to them.Definitely won't be a next time for me.My wife did say the salad was good, but I didn't even bother trying it.Edit: I do appreciate zoup going in for a quality check on their soup, hopefully this is a cooking error & not actually how the soup is supposed to taste. If they do find an error I will retry this location to give an honest update.
My 1st time and what a delight. Cobb salad is so tasty with the dressing. Very fast service very clean and they are on the end of the lower price point. Very inexpensive for this fresh tasty food. A new gem for people looking to eat healthy food.at a fair price.
First time at Zupas and was very impressed with the customer service and delicious food! Thank you to Emma H. and Vicky for giving choice recommendations and offering soup samples. You ladies are awesome! Looking forward to my next visit in.
I have been avoiding this place because of my experiences with Panera, but this place is awesome!I had the pesto sandwich on white bread and my husband had it on wheat. Both were awesome.I had clam chowder as my second item and hubby has the enchilada soup and it was also amazing! We will definitely be back!Also, the staff was so welcoming and patient while we were trying to figure out what to eat. Keep up the great work!
Ordered to go food. Soup was good, italian sandwich was just ok, but tomato pasta and mac and cheese were horrible. Thin, soupy messes that tasted like glue.
Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choices to choose from. Food was really flavorful.
Amazing Soups and sandwiches! An actual restaurant that makes their soups daily from scratch and not previously frozen and warmed up. I've had the lobster bisque and enchilada soups which are an explosion of flavor and full of real lobster and fresh ingredients!!Not too many places will offer fresh ingredients and made before your eyes. Super fast and friendly staff.Each time I've went during lunch time it's been so busy that Even the GM Cristina helps with making food.This is definitely a leader by action, which you dont ever see often a manager jump right in with the staff to help serve the customers to keep pace with timely orders! Great job Cristina and staff!I'll definitely continue to make this place my lunch stop.
I had the Wisconsin Cauliflower and a Full Create Your Own salad. The soup was very tasty. The salad was very good. My only complaint would be that the service could have been a little better. My wife loved her Lobster Bisque.
Decently priced soups and sandwiches. I really enjoyed the turkey bacon and lettuce sandwich with the lobster bisque soup. Forgot to take a picture but I would definitely go back. Worth a try imo. Decent serving size. My wife had some salad and she loved it. Only reviewing my food because it was just pickup. No comment on in store service
