Got my order wrong 4 times I get they are understaffed but 4 times this place is horrible
It's just so so, food is as expected, service staff seems disinterested.
My first time visiting this location, The staff were very friendly Extremely clean lobby eating area , Restroom was clean I would definitely recommend this location to my friends whenever visiting Columbus
The store when you walk in smells non food like the place is trashed even though it’s just been remodel . The workers are not friendly or educated nor do they acknowledge that you were there in the lobby they where non work cloths looks like gangsters behind the counter working arriving your food .. where is the dress code some workers are not wearing there mask like there supposed to .. my order was wrong when received had to go back in the store and re order and was not seen for 7 min waiting look goofy worst Burger King
Clean fast doesn't mess up your order had one older woman working alone and she killed it

Horrible food made me and my boyfriend sick employees were arguing rude to the customers

Not bad but not great either. Food was as to be expected from any fast food restaurant. The staff was fairly friendly though we only interacted with one person. I think they might be getting ready to remodel the restaurant or at least change their fountain drink machine out for one of those Coke Freestyle machines because their fountain drink machine in the dining area was out of order and they had a random Coke Freestyle machine sitting off to the side against the wall out in the dining area but not hooked up. For refills, we had to give our cup to the cashier and she refilled it for us from the back. If it wouldn't have been for the staff being so attentive, it would have been a much worse experience.
Terrible location. Never eat here.
