10 minutes be greeted, 15 for drinks 45 for food with only about 10 people in the restaurant... had to ask for chili in our chili con queso and the naked tenders were tiny!
The food was ready when I got there which is great but it was a tad cold, which tells me it might've been sitting there for a minute even though I had it scheduled to be picked up by 330. The fries were delicious, wings were pretty good and ranch was good.When I went inside to pick up the food, the girl approached me and asked me what I was in for and I told her pick up, she didn't have the absolute best customer service but she wasn't outright rude. She told me to go and look at their new rack, which she admitted was new and didn't really know how it worked, to look for my order.I was able to find it and it was packaged quite nicely and tapped together as to not let anything fall out. The packaging was sturdy and I really appreciated that for traveling in the car.The floor at the front of the building was kind of dirty but nothing disgusting. There was no Smokers Outpost disposal out front so there were quite a few cigarette butts but no one can really help that, outside shouldn't be their responsibility.Inside smelled good and windows were good.
These were the 3 piece naked tenders we received from BW3’s for $9.79. Called the night we got them and the women who answered said she would happily replace them. My girlfriend is due to give birth 5 days from then. So driving back to replace them that night. she wasn’t really feeling. So the woman on the phone said she would let the manager know and we could come back and replace them. Today we went back to replace them and the manager refused. Even with the picture. He still refused. He asked if we had a receipt. I told him we did not because the girl at on the phone told me she would put my name in with the manager and I wouldn’t need it. We were planning on ordering more food along with the tenders. He wouldn’t honor. even though he told us he was the manager on duty that night. ADVICE: SAME YOURSELF THE TROUBLE GO TO ROOSTER.
they serve wings with feathers and said it was normal. they stated they do not clean the wings because they are frozen when delivered.
We went with a group of 15. The server was nice and the atmosphere was good. The wings though... horrendously overcooked. To the point of being void of any moisture at all. There was no a.ount of sauce that was going to make those things edible again. Everyone that got wings agreed that they were some of the smallest and driest wings in town. Their portions on everything else are MASSIVE. A chips and salsa feeds 4, nachos feeds 4, and a side salad feeds 2 people easily. I also found it slightly odd that they don't have Italian dressing or any kind of vinaigrette. Most of the group agreed that we should have went to Roosters.
Our wings were dry. Our waitress was great!!

When my wife and I want to watch football, eat and have a great experience, this is our go to. This BW3 delivers great food AND service at a price anyone can afford. There's something for the whole family here. It seems no matter who we get as our server, they have a great attitude and personality. I love this place!
they keep rasing there prices and now they got a take out fee ... that did it for me no more eating here ....Wing Stop here I come
Its been a year since we've went to dine inside. There have been a lot of changes, not so good. Our order was taken immediately. We never received silverware or napkins, was not ask if we needed a drink refill, never did receive the fries we ordered. I think the young lady sitting/socializing with her friends across our booth was actually our waitress. She brought our receipt, less the pen to sign. I ask for a pen from the counter and got my own to go box. So disappointed.
