staff was nice, quick service
Absolutely horrible! 2hrs for food and our waitress was oblivious to the world. My kids all ask for waters (3) and she brought one. Didn't have a silverware the whole time! Had to ask for napkins several times! It was just an all-around horrible experience! It was literally the worst restaurant experience I think I've ever had in my life!
Our OSU High Street BWW team provided us with a “Greatest of All Times” experience on April 6th for my son’s 20th birthday! They did an outstanding job hosting our party of ten! Managers Bo, H.J. and Natasha warmly welcomed us and confidently walked us through our meal options. Brandon, our server, kindly and with patience suggested the perfect selection of sauces for our wings. Additionally, he guided us in ordering just the right amount of food for our guests (and we had a little leftover for each college friend to take back to their dorms!) and he attentively met our every need the entire night! Madison was very sweet in helping with the details. Despite being a busier Wednesday evening, the BWW team allowed us an unrushed visit with our kids and their friends which made the night very special and fun! We had driven down from Cleveland and our experience will certainly have us stop by BWW again and again over the next few years! This team deserves a special shout out for giving us a “Greatest of All Times” family celebration!
The restaurant was totally unprepared for buy one get one free boneless night. Our group had to wait over 45 minutes for food.
Food great only problem I had was that they brought my 20 wings out before they brought the rest of my family food, so I had to wait for their food to get there so I can eat, so my wings got a little bit cold but overall the food was great Wings was crispy didn't have to tell them to cook them well and the waiter was nice and she accommodated our needs since our food wasn't brought out at the same time.
Wings were cold and not fresh at all. Not the first location that they serve old and cold wings. Time to find another spot to eat my wings
Pretty empty the night before a snowstorm. Only myself and a few other guests at the bar.Bartender was nice, but chicken tenders and fries took about 40 minutes and was cold by the time it got to me (not sure if he forgot to ring it in or no communication when they were ready).Pretty typical expectations for a BWW.
Ordered through Door Dash and they lost my order. Instead of just remaking my order and sending it. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes. Called them she said someone stole my order and could careless. Left me on hold for 15 minutes. I would suggest you move on. Customer service is absolutely horrible
Generally good food. The place smells like bathroom and they had way too much sauce on the wings. There are better places for wings.
