It was horrible! They should consider drug testing their employees! The hostess was nice and was able to move us from a couch to a table. The two servers we had were horrible no idea what drinks we were asking for and came back to ask again! They did not even have Weller special reserve! We did not eat cause they didnât come back or even ask if we wanted food. After the service and drinks we left and ate some where else! Save your money and go to Opa Grill and Tavern! Never had bad service or food or drinks they bring the bottle to your table and verify you get what you are getting! Plus the servers there know what they are doing and can function!
The food was delicious and drinks were great. Service was extremely slow and it took and extremely long time to get service.

Our waiter was completely out of it. He had no idea about the Bourbon - even though this is a Bourbon Bar. We were courteous and kind to him and thanked him and all he did was roll his eyes. This was the most unenthusiastic waiter Iâve had in my entire life. He also brought our drinks out one-by-one with his fingers touching the rim of our glasses. One of the worst experiences Iâve had in Columbus.
Can’t get enough of this place. From the incredibly insightful staff to the vast selection of drinks - always an adventure. If you are someone who enjoys finding the next great bourbon for your collection - go here. If you are someone who knows nothing about bourbons or other spirits - go here. You’ll leave finding a new favourite. Also their cocktails are incredible too. Added bonus is their brunch burger and oh my stars. Would go back just for that. Treat yourself and cozy up at the bar and the conversation and knowledge you’ll gain is worth your time.
The place was pretty dead when we arrived so we were seated right away with menus but then no one bothered to come over to take orders for over 15 min. Bartender was rude. We had theater tickets and were in a hurry. Waitress ended up being good and understanding about needing to get out of there once she finally acknowledged our existence. Standard bar food was edible but nothing special.
What a disappointing experience. I was excited to try this spot out because of the massive bourbon list.First red flag were the chairs we sat on, they were dirty but they’re white so disregarded. We order a round of drinks and some food - a lot of the items on the menu were 86’d. Fine, not a big deal but some of the cocktails had basic ingredients.Our food arrived before our cocktails, we saw other tables sat after us and received their drinks before we did. We wave down our waiter and he had forgotten them (even though he wrote them down on his phone). Mind you, we were 1 of 3 tables, quite empty.Food was fine, and the cocktails were great once we got them. We order one more round as it took forever for him to come back and yet again, forgets our cocktails.READ THIS IF NOTHING ELSE. THIS IS THE NAIL ON THE HEAD: after getting our check, we’re finishing our drinks at our table, our waiter steps away from the table, turns his back to us (to look towards the bar) AND PULLS OUT DEODORANT AND PUTS IT ON!!!! In front of us, all the tables, and patrons. Are you joking??? I can only imagine the standard of cleanliness of the kitchen/bar if the waiter has the audacity to do that, I felt so sick to my stomach. Will never return. This was literally the worst experience I’ve had which sucks cause this bar could be a really cool concept if their employees actually cared.

Odd set up, they were out of everything we tried ordering. It was a little ridiculous. The staff was kind, and the food was good.. but probably won’t be going here again
