Bubble teas does have some good drinks like the smoothies but some are just bad. Don’t get the almond milk tea, it straight up jsut tastes like almond extract and milk.

I came in today pumped for some bubble tea. The person greeted me very coldly. I got a pumpkin chai & a gingerbread chai no ice. They start making my drink and all is going well until I see the ice going into the gingerbread. All I say was "the gingerbread is supposed to be no ice I'm so sorry." If looks could kill me I would have died today. I did not appreciate the attitude. It was a very easy fix took them like 2 minutes. They gave me the biggest attitude. Unfortunately now I don't think ill be coming back to this location. I was kind to you. You where not kind to me and it was uncool. Its not my fault you hate your job.
If I can give them 0 I would very rude three customers got in line at the same time and they turn off the lights after we all got in line and only took the 1 customer

I love this place we come here every week. The line is definitely long but worth the wait. I love the popping bubbles and the Buckeye Shake!!!
The counter is always filled with dirty blenders and the workers always stand around and do nothing so it takes forever. The last time I went was what really sent me over the edge; the girl making my smoothie talked to her coworkers while my smoothie just sat in the blender and then took ice from the back with her BARE HANDS and put it in the blender. Then she took my smoothie into the back and brought it back out (i don’t wanna know what happened to it back there)
We loved this place. We had it here and at Easton Town Center. I like the flavored tea with popping bubbles, but my teen always gets the milk tea. Both versions were excellent. If they had this chain near us, we'd be there all the time.
Service was terrible, one girl too busy doing word search to stand up straight. No ice in milk tea at all.
