The bouncer wouldn’t let me in with these shorts. I watched them deny 10 other people because they didn’t have a zipper. My shorts were $50. A lot of friend groups were broken up because of this. I saw them hand pick guys and let them in. It was totally discriminatory and me and my friends had not drank more than 2-3 beers. Absolute garbage. The bouncers were on a power trip for sure.
First let me say their food is amazing however the setup is terrible. You can either order from the bar or at a table. You seat yourself. From your table however you have to scan a qr code to get the menuto order. It then puts the order in as a pickup which would be fine but the very nice gentleman dropping food off to tables said if you order from scanning the qr it puts it in like a door dash order. The line and wait was horrendous but in their defense there was a concert going on across the street at nationwide arena. They could have been better prepared having more staff but may not have that availability. All staff was amazing and worked their buttons off just didn't have enough help. Waited for drinks for about 20 minutes in line.
Bouncer was an absolute clown. Just got done watching a Blue Jackets game and wanted to go for some drinks after with the group we were with, weird concept, I know. We all had souvenir cups/bags from the team shop. The souvenir cups were empty and the bags were CLEAR. You could clearly see the cups had nothing in them and could very clearly see what was in the bags since they were see through. The jackass of a bouncer said we were not allowed in due to having the cups/bags. We had 0 issue getting into any other bars. Weird that a bouncer would go through so much effort to deny people who are coming from a Blue Jackets in the Arena district, that’s kind of the whole point of the arena district isn’t it? To allow Blue Jackets fans places to go after games? Guess not. Won’t make any effort to go to this place again, train your bone headed bouncers how to actually provide a good service.
loud crazy bar with a live DJ the night we were there. the shots were good abd the ice tea was better. had a great night with friends hanging out and meeting new friends
Don't waste your time ordering food. It will come late, cold, without the modifications you asked for, without a "sorry", or any accountability whatsoever from the staff. Oh, and you'll be overcharged for adding those modifications that will never come, and forced to give a tip before it even arrives, since you have to order at the bar. And you won't be able to switch it, unless you feel like waiting 30 minutes again for its replacement. Just like everywhere that isn't fast food currently, nothing will be right, it'll be cold, and you'll leave feeling swindled. Otherwise a great establishment.
Ordered 3 drinks and the bartender only had enough alcohol for 1. After she realized the bottle was empty, she pretended to put alcohol in the next two glasses. I joking pointed it out and she had a meltdown. I know hiring decent employees is hard right now, but they should consider paying more so they dont have grumpy people working directly with customers
Great vibes great atmosphere I really like it for the patio and the fire pit food is okay but I will not recommend for the older crowd a lot of 90s music pop and a little bit of Hip Hop other than that this is for campus crowd, there is a hip hop club right behind it that's really live if you're looking for that type of crowd.
Everything is great here except "glitches in food service". To make the best of the situation place only 1 item of food in 1 order and do take the bill in case you want to dispute afterwards.If you order two or more, they might just get you one item and the server guy will avoid eye contact and move a bit far from you and blend into the crowd so that he does not have to answer about the other food items. The bartender is so busy that they can't keep track of an individual customer and they will just ignore. If you go and complain they will say that it will be refunded just to calm you at the moment but the money will never come back. Since it is small amount you will forget and let it go.If they can improve that, then it will be 100% perfect.Happened to me and I even gave tip (for service that I never got) which i deeply regret
We were virtually the only people in the place. The french fries were cold and the chicken fingers my daughter ordered were cold, dry, and had hair in them. My burger was average, I expected better off the picture. I felt bad that I had picked this place to eat for my family.
I went to Brothers with a large group and it was a great time. The bartenders are attentive and fast and the manager put on a different game on one of the TVs for me without hesitation. Food was decent, but it was nachos so I can’t go into much further detail about the menu. But would definitely go back, good place…good atmosphere.
