Great service and always friendly staff. I can get in and out quickly in the morning, and they work well when it comes to big orders for the office. They have a large menu (bigger than expected). Always fresh bagels. ODH loves them.
I ate a delicious "late breakfast" yesterday morning [5-25-2022] at Broad Street Bagels and Deli.I had been downtown early yesterday morning for a public meeting at the Central Ohio Transit Authority [COTA] headquarters; that meeting had ended half an hour earlier than I had expected so I had sufficient time to stop at Broad Street Bagels and Deli before returning home.The bagel place across the street from the Ohio Statehouse [where I have historically eaten whenever I have been downtown during the morning] is currently "carry-out only" [they have moved all of their tables and chairs to a "closed" section of their dining room] so I decided to return to Broad Street Bagels and Deli after an absence of many years.The previous time when I had eaten at Broad Street Bagels and Deli, I had ordered and eaten only a bagel with cream cheese; that had been my entire meal.I had not realized at that time [or perhaps had forgotten] that their menu has many different items [that I assume are quite delicious though I have ordered only one of those items so far].My choice for a "late breakfast" [I had not wanted to eat "lunch" at 9:50 a.m.] had been a Homestyle Sandwich [two eggs, ham, bacon, or sausage, and your choice of cheese, on a bagel or toast]; that sandwich had been quite delicious and quite filling.One important thing about Broad Street Bagels and Deli that potential customers will need to know is that they are open only during the morning and the early afternoon.Their website states that they are open 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. [Monday-Friday] but the woman behind the counter told me that they are open until 2:00 p.m.If you are looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch on a weekday and you are in downtown Columbus near the Ohio Statehouse, I strongly recommend Broad Street Bagels and Deli.
Love this place! Every time I'm downtown, and they are open, I stop through... Fresh salads or a custom wrap... both are AMAZING!If in the area I highly recommend you stop in for lunch!
I was heading to Tim Horton's and saw the long line, I left, and then found this spot instead and I'm glad I found it! The bagels were well toasted and the honey walnut cream cheese better than Panera Bread spread! I'll be for sure coming back!
The place slaps. Great food, great staff, lots of different stuff to eat. Don't get lunch anywhere else.
Always a solid spot to grab lunch downtown. Nothing super special, but never disappointed either. Fair pricing and a wide variety of sandwiches and salads. The Reuben I had was okay, but not my favorite from here. Personally would have liked the meat a little more cooked, but other than that it was pretty tasty. Staff is always friendly and quickly moving through the line of customers.

Omg! I could eat here everyday, several times a day! I love their salads and sandwiches! The food, the fast and friendly service, 5 stars all around! Sometimes I want a vegetarian option, boom, they’ve got it! And not just a salad either! Wraps, sandwiches, breakfast! Oh and don’t even get me started on the salads! You ever watch The Kardashians and think to yourself, ‘Ooh I’d love a salad like that!’, then this is your spot!! Shoot, don’t take my word for it, stop in and try for yourself! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
