Brio used to be the site of many of our family celebrations. Our last visit was a major disappointment. It began with a surly welcome from the front host station. After being seated, we had a disengaged server who disappeared for long periods of time. The food was mediocre at best. Cold, dry calamari. Unpleasant tasting salmon. Wilted salads. I hope they can pull it together.
Service was slow. Salad was forgotten. Food was good.
Brio never disappoints! Great food, impeccable service, and great atmosphere!
David was our server and he was fantastic!
Chef didn't know what bread was served on my table. "Thinks it's just sour dough". asked if it was a biga ciabatta. Wedding soup was salted broth with tiny pieces of carrot, 2 tiny meatballs, parsley and Parmesan. Worsrt wedding soup I ever had. No pasta at all. Lamb chops were bleeding raw. Maybe 2 mins broiled per side, maybe. Had to take home and cook. Had creamed red sauce pasta with mushrooms and red peppers. Veggies were good but dish mediocre at best. Kitchen extremely loud. Pans routinely dropped or thrown into a sink. Counted six times min. Other kitchen noise ruined the dining experience. Wait staff very friendly and helpful. Seriously go to off the truck Olive Garden would have done better
We went for our 30th anniversary. The food was disappointing. The lasagna wasnât even as good as Olive Garden and my Chicken Limone had a thick egg coating on it and it tasted like pure egg. It was so disappointing! Itâs usually my favorite dish. Our server was not very attentive at all. Not the Brio experience we are used to.
We went to celebrate a former co workers birthday. Ou server David was wonderful and very sweet and genuine and apologetic when it took over two hours to receive our main entrees which were just salads and soup. They gave us some free desserts for our inconvenience. And, David said he put in our order immediately after we gave it to him even though other tables who got there after us received their food way before we did. Definitely a kitchen problem. Our steak salads seemed to have gotten a lot smaller-almost an appetizer size instead of an entree-it used to be my favorite restaurant meal -not anymore. I guess I will have to order something else next time.
Anniversary celebration
Me and my mom had a lunch date yesterday, it was her first time there and she had a really good time! I always love going to Brio the food is amazing and the staff is great! Will definitely be back!!
We had a long wait for our drinks as we were told all the glasses were dirty. Then we had a fairly long wait for our appetizer.(calamari) However, these days I tend to be more patient as customer service just isnt what it used to be. Out server (forget his name) was so quiet when he spoke we had to ask him several times to repeat himself - bearing in mind it was a Friday evening, it was busy and we were outside. All of our food was very good - calamari, salad, pesto salmon and steak salad. Our margaritas were just ok, very weak, donât recommend. We will go back.
