Overall great experience. Our waiter went above and beyond helping get our order perfect! He was able to work with the chef to customize our side dish! Love the food and service, sadly I think they have become overpriced for the overall quality of the food and portion size.
Food was excellent, as was the service. Always enjoy the Shrimp and Eggplant appetizer and the Lobster Bisque. Never disappointed at Brio!
Lasagna was amazing as always. Filet medallions were over cooked , (ordered medium rare), entire plate was room temperature, not hot. Marsala sauce tasted like a heavy brown gravy, no hint of Marsala. Iâve had before & they were delicious. Mashed potatoes were tasteless.Hot Bread was delicious as always. Chopped salad was average. Server was very pleasant & efficient.
Food was cold and server seemed annoyed by our requests. Very expensive for what we received.
Food was cold for 4 out of 5 of us. They did remake the 4 servings. Nothing else in the way of apologizing. The first round took forever so waiting on the second round the 9 year old was starving. Didnât ask if we wanted more wine or dessert. No comping of any kind. I ended up with heart palpitations that night. Iâm sure it was stress

We went for dessert and it was basic. Coffee was cold and bathroom was dirty. Our server was very good though.
First time visiting Brio Polaris. Amanda, our server, was fantastic. She answered all our questions and was there continuously when needed. The food was very good. Prices were on the higher side. We definitely will return.
Our food is always very good at Brio!! Only recommendation would be for them to offer gluten free bread.
Waiter was very knowledgeable and patient. We sat outside and the mudic was too loud. Some of us with hearing aids had problems. We asked thst it be turned down but with no success
