Horribly understaffed and half the staff is more worried about watching TikTok on their phone than working. Hate to act like a boomer Karen but when you’re letting the ubereats dude block the drive through you might want to help people at the register. Especially when the driver is 15 mins early for his scheduled pickup and walked in after everyone else.
Went to restaurant ,place an order ,they put everything on a bag ,or so that's what I thought ! Get home 30 minutes after because they don't have any Boston close to where I live in Westerville ???. They didn't put the meatloaf ! I called and they wanted me to come back to get it ???. Really I'll have to pay $20 dollars of gas with now prices plus the time, ??? bad experience
First time to a boston market. It doesn't live up to the commercials, but i kind of expected that. Food was reasonably tasty and well enough portioned. No real complaints from me.
Went inside to get a family meal to take home. It took a long time bc there was maybe 2-3 ppl working. We had to wait extra for chicken which we didn't mind. Overall..great food & customer service was still good

The guy in the window had a great personality. Eve. Suggested what I might wanna try the next time I come back. Food as great. The cheesecake was beyond good and tasty. Everything was as expected. Service was perfect and spot on.

Tried to order door dash on Saturday for my order to get canceled due to them being closed when their hours were listed as still open. Then ordered again. Sunday as I have been craving their chicken to then get told they are out of chicken. This is not going so well for me.
We ordered for delivery. Order was horrible. I ordered a whole meatloaf and received 5 very burnt small chunks/pieces, my wife ordered a chicken dinner and didn’t receive her sides she ordered.. We won’t be ordering again !!
Every time I come here, they are out of something or you have to wait an hour or two for them to cook something! I normally come at lunch time or dinner time around 5pm. If you're always running out of food around this time then you need to cook more food for the rush hours. How is a place that used to be called Boston Chicken, always out of chicken?! The managers are doing a poor job. And, yes, I know they are short staffed. So is everyone else.
