We have not been to a Bone Fish since our vacation to Florida a few years ago. We decided to try the Polaris location and it was AMAZING from the staff to the food! The hostess was so nice when seating us. Our waitress Kayla was awesome and very attentive and don't get me started on the food! Delicious!!! Our appetizer, main course, and dessert and drinks were EXCELLENT!!! Highly recommend!!!
I ordered online tonight. Curbside option asked for the description of my car and I got a 21 minute ready time, but when I arrived I realized there were no designated parking spaces. I sat for a minute parked about 10 feet from the door and realized I should call and check on my order and the curbside procedure. The phone rang for 20 times without being answered. I gave it a minute then backed up to make sure I couldn't find a curbside space. No curbside so I pulled forward again and called two more times with no answer. I had a dog in the car and wasn't dressed to go in but had no choice. I told the person who handed me my food what had happened and she very matter of factly told me they don't have curbside and that their system has a flaw. No apology, no coupon. I don't understand why she didn't at least call the number on the order and tell me I was wasting my time waiting in the parking lot. Four stars for decent food but I don't need to go back.
The salmon was cooked well. The mashed potatoes were plain. The green beans were cold. I warmed the plate in the microwave in order to enjoy this meal which was delivered to me. I also warmed the cookies in the microwave. I recommend dining in for this meal in order to enjoy it.
After several wonderful experiences with Bonefish at this and other locations.I regretfully share this horrible experience. Tonight I ordered a meal that came from this location via #doordash. Attached is what I recieved. Not only do I think this steak is cooked somewhere between Raw and Fresh out off the cow.I wonder if this steak would meet industry standards for an internal temperature in the Rare range. Did I mention I ordered MEDIUM rare. I cut into this steak and it was in fact RAW inside. DISAPPOINTING BONEFISH..think this is my last Bonefish Experience. Farewell?????
This was an amazing experience. First time here to celebrate with friends for my birthday and they did not disappoint. Food was scrumptious and service spectacular. Kayla was a gem, when I go again hopefully I can get her to serve. Will most definitely be back.

We ordered Fish and chip from bone fish at polaris. It was oil soaked fish with total of six potato chips which were soggy and dripping with oil as well. Stay away!
This place was everything I heard it was! Very nice atmosphere, great service, and the food! Perfect! They definitely understand the Assignment. I will be back!
