We had a great time for breakfast! We had Carmon as our server and she was awesome! She’s so funny and made our experience so much better! The pancakes were DELICIOUS! Thank you for such a great experience! :)
1st time my husband and I have been to this location. Our server did a good job, she was pleasant and well informed re: menu items she made suggestions too! I tried one of their new power bowls. It was decent I would have made some changes if I'd had choice to do so. My husband ate breakfast which he was pleased with. It seemed the staff was overwhelmed with the carry out, delivery's and then of course in house customer's. We'll be back it's the closest Bob Evans in our area now!
I must say this is one of the best fast food spot in town and they are swift at their delivery time on orders for my pick up. Giving you a 5 star was bcos there are no other stars available ? would have giving you more.. ?
Very clean and friendly service. Ms. Carmen was amazing and needs a raise! My husband and I were in town just a couple of days and her service was so exemplary that we decide to go back for breakfast a second time! I cant compliment her enough.
What a great experience at Bob Evans! The service was great and the food was delicious!
The waitress was okay, she kept forgetting stuff like when my provider would ask for something, moments later she'd forget. The women's restroom wasn't clean. One of the restroom stalls didn't have any toilet paper. The women's restroom stunk. Even inside the restaurant had a funky smell. The waitress even at one point forgot that she took our order. When she brought us our drinks she asked us what we wanted when she asked us what we wanted before she brought us our drinks. I only came here because I had a dental appointment over that way. I live near sawmill road and I normally go to the Dublin Bob Evans. This Bob Evans was a totally different experience than the Bob Evans I normally go to.
Order the pot roast dinner with corn and a salad with french dressing . To go order . Half of my food was not there. Called the store got hung up on then wanted for the manager for at least 20 minutes. For him to tell me to pick my items up tomorrow . What I'm just going to eat corn and salad dressing. Mind you for that meal it was 20 bucks ☹️
I visited my neighborhood Bob Evans on New Year's Eve. I called 1st to ensure their hours allowed time to dine in.Prior to my arrival, I read many reviews and noticed several times mentioned that only 1 waitress was on staff and her name was Anita.My luck did not disappoint. I was seated immediately and quickly served my drink, by none other than, the famous Anita. And yet, again, she was the only waitress in attendance.I had told her that I had read about her in several reviews and was happy that she would be my waitress.Anita was very sweet, helpful, pleasant, quick and attentive.She masterfully handled the whole dining room by herself, including bussing her tables. With nary a complaint, she flitted about the room, greeting regulars and newbies alike, with what certainly must have been a smile on her face but hidden under her mask. Anita was most pleasant and never did I feel that service was lacking.Anita is a real gem and the non-existent manager should be aware of what a wonderful job she has been doing, seemingly single-handedly.Thank you, Anita, for making what could have easily been a disastrous dinner, delightful!
Small rations, poor service and poor communication between the kitchen and wait staff.Giving a 2 for the appearance of the building and the upkeep of the dining area. Probably one of the better Bob Evans you'll see (visually). Other than that there's nothing good about this location.
They were clearly busy and chaotic. The food was really good, but my take out order took almost 45 mins for completion. The lady at the takeout counter was trying her best, and its not her fault, but yeah, definitely took longer than the 10-15 EST. Time.
