Although it took a while my food was yummy. Hot and fresh. Country Fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and strawberry pie(a special treat it’s seasonal). Just want to make a point, our lives have changed due to Covid. Not many folks went back to work so these establishments are short on staff. Please be kind and patient with these workers. They are doing their best!
It wasn't the absolute worst service but it wasnt the best either. Our waitresses never came back to check on us to see if we liked the food, didn't offer to refill our drinks, forgot our straws, the floor was disgusting with food and debri everywhere. I could understand if they were slammed but it was just my party and one other in the whole restaurant. Didn't offer to give us to go boxes if needed. I will say the table was set nicely and was clean and I can say the food was delivered in a timely manner and was good.Again, I could understand all of this if they were slammed but it was quite literally just my party and one other.Honestly, the only thing needed for the place to be good is to be cleaned and better service.
Food was great.Waitress was stressed out crabby waited for 45 min for our breakfast.She only had 4 tables.Wasn't busy at all.Portions were for a 5 year old child.Will not return there again.
The food is always great! Along with, most times that I've been here for my Take-Out, it's been ready before the time the app says to pick it up. Which can be a bad thing, only because if I arrive when it says it won't be as hot and fresh, but that seems like good problem to have it ready early ?
Staff needs to do a better job when someone orders for pick up and they say “20 mins” but you get there and wait another “20 mins” AT LEAST! Seems like they keep asking the cooks for one item at a time.. very inconvenient, is it really that hard to be organized?
Their new hot butter chicken with mashed potatoes and corn was awesome. Serve super accommodating to our larger group and very friendly.
Love the sausage gravy here and the booths have decent elbow room. A nice early Sunday breakfast spot!
It's a bob Evan's. Nothing crazy. Service was good. They do seem a little understaffed and there was a guy waiting there for his take out order for like an hour. Kind of crazy. But they did offer him a free pie for his trouble.
In person, food and service is good. I would not order pickup or deliveryWe ordered 5 meals and 3 of them were disgustingFrench toast, pot roast, bacon and egg scramble were okMy avocado omelet was as if they overcooked the egg, froze it, microwaved it and let it sit. Rubber, but harder with very few fillings, and the biscuits were hockey pucks. Delivery was great.
Here is a list of my experiences here in the last few months:- My husband and I went in to sit down for dinner. We immediately noticed that everyone was seated in the same area, and the customers seemed upset. There was a younger man who was waiting on everyone. He was apologetic and told us that they sent their cook home early because they were slow, and then they got a rush so their manager was trying to cook for everyone. The manager was indeed in the back “cooking”, but she was also yelling profanities at her staff and aloud, seemingly frustrated that they were busy. Nothing was cooked. I was seven months pregnant at the time and thankfully didn’t take a bite of my chicken breast because it was completely pink on the inside and still frozen. The people next to us had steak that wasn’t done. They were out of almost every beverage aside from water. An unprofessional and disgusting experience.- A place where I work ordered several hundred dollars worth of food for a holiday, to be delivered to our workplace. The food was delivered at the wrong time (late), and it was all frozen or uncooked. The bread the provided was literally yeast and the meet was completely frozen. No, we did not indicate that we wanted the food to come unprepared. That was a mistake on their part, shockingly.- My family and I placed a carry out order and arrived an hour past when they said it would be ready. When we got there, five people were waiting ahead of us and the first people there was told their food had not even been started. There were people sleeping in the lobby because they had been waiting for their food for so long.Save your time and money and do not even try to go here. This place needs investigated and probably shut down.
