Food is great. We waited over an hour to be served our food. When we asked why they said rhe tickets got messed up. Did not offer to make it right. Nobody came out to apologize. Won't be back.
Went in with some friends to grab dinner. I understand it was Easter BUT it wasn’t so much the service as the food. I got the Whole Hog meal and 90percent of the food was cold and what wasn’t cold was lukewarm. I informed the waitress and also told her I was eating because we had already waited over 45 minutes for our food and I was hungry. 2 other people at our table besides myself also received cold food. I’ve pretty much written off Bob Evans restaurants after this. The majority I’ve been to in the past year all seeem to be under staffed and poorly managed.Forgot to put that after I told the waitress about it the food she said she would talk to the kitchen and find out what was up. After that she hid in the kitchen and wouldn’t come back out told the cashier and they didn’t care either. ??♂️
I asked for roast smashed potatoes gravy carrots without ((onions))The waitress wrote it all down. The waitress did ask if I wanted to have it refixed but we had already been sitting for almost half hour. So no I pulled the onions to the side. My husband asked for 3 eggs only got 2. Didn’t get his toast until later. The sausage didn’t have a taste to them. This has been like the second time we’ve had issues with this Bob Evans. Probably won’t go back.
Restaurant was clean and we got seated right away. The server was very nice, attentive and kind! Our food arrived quickly and was very good.
Our server was amazing first off!! The food came and my chicken was pink inside. I told our server she apologized which is not her fault. The manager did not come out to apologize as he was the one on the line cooking with some young guy playing on his phone and cooking with no gloves on. After a while my food comes back out with the manager. Once again he never apologized only said I cooked it for 9 minutes is it done? I was honestly in shock as I am not able to check it’s core temperature. Our server came and checked on us and I advised her what took place with the manager and also told her he should lay off the alcohol before coming up to the table! Upon check out my partner asked if there was anything they could do since I had to wait longer for my food and he got to eat in a timely manner. The manager said I remade your food you ate it. Once again never apologized, he took $3.00 off the bill. Your server apologized so many times and you said nothing. I hope that server goes to another establishment where she’s appreciated! I will not return!

Very disappointed in our dinner. My Sunshine Skillet had the oldest potatos ever in it. They were so hard. If I wanted old potatoes I would have went to Taco Bell. My son and my husbands pancakes, French toast and sausage was super burnt along with the very greasy shredded hashbrowns. I know it was an hour before you guys close when we ordered but we still expected fresh food like its suppose to be made.
Down home cooking and service. Very reasonably priced food options. Friendly atmosphere and staff.
I really hate to post a negative comment, but I kinda have to. It was extremely slow and it was just our group and 1 other so there was no excuse to not have perfect food and service. It took a long time to get our food and when we did, half of it was burnt or cold, one girl got an order that had 7 fries as if it was a kids meal and 2 orders was wrong. Those poor sausages were black as coal and my friend (bless his heart) tried to eat one and practically chipped his tooth. On top of that we had no flatware to eat with so I just ate with my hands and asked for more napkins. We also had no accommodating condiments such as syrup for the pancakes or gravy to go with the biscuits and gravy. It was literally like we were being pranked on TV show and every odd thing that occurred became hilarious and I kept looking around for hidden cameras because of how ridiculous it was and it was practically impossible to receive service like that. The manager did give us 50% off our meal so we tipped the server a pretty hefty amount cause that poor thing was having a hard time. I know Bob Evans is better than that.
