Food was delicious. The server was awesome. Wish I could remember her name. She anticipated me wanting more iced tea, and very attentive and efficient. Made my whole dining experience quite pleasant. Was there 5/25/22 in the morning. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is the bathroom was disgusting. The first stall had urine all over the floor. Went to the next stall which was better. I reported it on my way out. But I will return.
The food was good. Our service person, however, openly coughed on us when she proceeded to tell us about an encounter she had with a person wearing a mask. I think it was supposed to be a joke about covid but we clearly felt her breath hit us during the coughing part of the "joke" -- which all of a sudden didn't seem very funny, especially since we had a senior who needs assistance with us.
Everyone prepare for a pepper shortage as Bob Evans has single handedly taken ALL THE PEPPER IN THE WORLD and put it on my hashbrowns. The rest of the visit was top notch though. Cold brew highly recommended.
Service wasn't great. Food was ok. We left thinking that Bob Evans has lost its shine.
Here again 1/5/22... How lucky can we get Kayla is our server again today ? Going with my cousin to meet her new chemo Dr. Praying for all to be well for her today ?❤️12/28/21.... 1st time at this location. Convenient to Riverside Hospital. My cousin is under going cancer treatments 1st radiation today, both radiation and chemo tomorrow. Our server Kayla was awesome polite, prompt and very friendly. It was great to see my cousin eat!! We enjoyed our lunch ?
The quality of the food has gone downhill. I guess it's a chain wide problem. The food is not what it used to be. The coffee tastes old. The chicken fried steak is not as juicy. The biscuits are dry. The service was good though. I hope Corporate would see this and return Bob Evans to its days of glory; good home cooked food.
Yuck...my French toast didn't taste that great and my waitress was legit getting on my nerves. She insulted me and called me old. I don't know if I'll be back ever.
Very limited menu. Went to Olentangy Rd. Bob Evans after medical procedure. Felt bad for waitress which had to tell everyone, no soup, salads, sandwiches. Day before Thanksgiving. I remember 4 or 5 breakfast things you could get. Disappointing.
Great service and good food. I especially enjoyed the new additions to the menu, including the candied bacon appetizer.
They have a new Southwest Avocado Omelette which was wonderful. I know establishments are short-handed these days, but the service was quick and the staff was very friendly. I appreciated the great experience overall!
