In the mood for Chicken Fried Steak, but was disappointed that it wasn't part of the current menu. Had to settle on grilled chicken breasts, and they were prepared to BE standards. Not sure if I was pleased to be served their green beans for the bottom of the pan, as I kinda liked the pepperyness. And while they hadn't turned mush, the green beans just looked gritty.I was gendered correctly, and treated well, but I was starting to consider leaving, as it was getting a bit long for my waitperson to return and take my order.
I ordered some breakfast through a reputed food delivery app. I ordered a simple basic platter with two eggs, house fried potatoes, sausage Patties, and biscuit, along with a coffee. The food was warm and came in a big packet. The biggest disappointment was that they didn’t send any cutleries, tissue, or any condiments like salt and pepper etc. I had to eat with my hands. The coffee came with some milk but no sugar. The food was basic, and decent. But the management should take care about the details while packing so that it comes with tissue, plastic cutleries, etc.
Very good experience with my family Dashon our server was very friendly and definitely deserved a hearty tip. Also Dakota the manager stayed busy and even brought my family some items we ordered. Great job!!!
Breakfast was good. Service was good. Coffee was hot. What more can you ask for?
Both the food and the service at this Bob Evans were very good. My server, I believe his name was Noah, was really awesome. Food came out hot and correct and my drink was kept full. It was nice having what felt like a home cooked meal on a very long day that I had to work on a Sunday. Great job Bob Evans Columbus!
The waitress was really nice but we got some hotcakes and there was a hair in it. They took it back and gave us different ones.My order had the french toast which i had to go. Got home to eat it and every other bite had egg shells.
The host was creepy. Not only was he annoyed we had a large group (7), he made comments about my 17yr old daughter's dress that made us uncomfortable enough to push her to the back of the crowd. Normally we love this place but we'll probably never go during the afternoon again so we have little chance of getting this host.

Sausage was under cooked & the loaded potatoes aren’t right, I get this order every time I go to bob evans. Disappointed didn’t even eat it
Yhe cooks qere cussing in an open kitchen. The bob evens up the street is so much better. The wait staff is trying for the most part. Servers standing around playing on cell phone and eating grapes. Had to wait 5 minutes for someonento let memory while another server looked at us and went back to talking to another server. Just crazy
