Didn't see very many employees, which I must say had me thinking it was going to take forever. However, the young lady who greeted me, took my order, got it together and delivered, while doing the part of the host and server did a terrific job. She kept her cool and I know she had to be overwhelmed! The only thing I noticed when I got back to my room was that I had paid for a bowl of soup and received a cup, it was more than enough though so I didn't bother calling to get more. All and all, I give the service, prob and taste test a 9/10 Great Job!!!

Had a good time. The food was perfectly cooked and the male server was very kind. He was on top of filling my coffee up without even asking and he made sure I had the French Vanilla creamer without me having to mention it. He noticed the little things.If I go back to Columbus, well definitely go back
Terrible service, waited 30 mins watching other people who came in after us get served as we just sat and waited. I believe they forgot about us. I gently mentioned it to a server and finally go our order in… It’s definitely not a staffing issue as others were getting service.
They send u food with no utensils and try to get smart like it’s doordash problem I asked for extra Italian salad dressing and they gave me a tiny half cup…… they didn’t even fill up my container or dressing like the normal ones they filled it half way which still was not enough dressing and completely ruined my salad for $30 I will never order from any Bob evens ever again and this is my FIRST TIME EVER HAVING BOB EVANS and now I see why. Never again don’t waste your money you won’t get enough salad dressing just a half filled cap.
First of we placed our order, I ordered the new oatmeal. They wait 30 mins before they tell me that they don’t have any oatmeal and the other parties food is already done. So I ended up sharing food because I didn’t want to order and then be late. The worst thing though was the fact that the mens bathroom does not have a working sink. The sink has been broken for a while! What!! So you mean to tell me I just ate at a restaurant where the men working there go to the bathroom and can’t wash their hands!! Have to hope they wash them when they get back to the kitchen , are you kidding me! That is beyond disgusting!! Where is the health department!
Excellent food and service.
Nice food. Kinda absent waitress but that can be as much a good thing as bad. One thing that was not comfortable was the check out line to pay. We were all mixed up with those coming in and trying to not be to close. No one knew where thier order in line.
Waited an hour total for food. Two people in our party ordered soup and did not get it ahead of time, it came out with their meal. Our waiter barely spoke, not personable. My son’s Mac and cheese was cold. It was not busy when we were here either! Bathrooms needed attention.
Food was perfect. The wait staff was friendly and wore their masks. Keeping us all safe
