Great place. You can choose from a variety of toppings and sauces including lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The Pizzas have set prices. You can build your own 11-inch for $10.25 and add any toppings at no extra charge or you can choose one of their pizza recipes.

Blaze pizza is probably one of my favorite pizza places. I was ecstatic when I realized they were in Columbus! Unfortunately this location either had an off night or is just beyond disorganized. We waited 30 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready waiting for all of our items to be ready, just to find that they placed part of our order in a different area. Everything was cold by the time we got it home. It was a Saturday night so I will give them another chance some other day but as of now if you order from here be on top of your pickup, don't just stand there in silence waiting like we did! (I do want to add that the order was correct when we did get it)

I will be reviewing the accessibility and accommodations of Blaze Pizza. The entrance is fully accessible, as there are no stairs or steep ramps. There is tons of seating that is wheelchair accessible. While waiting in line, there is a railing that can be leaned on. The menu is pretty small, which may be difficult for people with visual impairments, however there were many signs stating that online ordering is available, which may be helpful. Exits were clearly marked, with braille available. In my opinion, the drinks and garbage can were a little high for people that may use wheelchairs. Also, the restaurant was pretty loud and the environment was a bit chaotic, so if you have sensory sensitivity issues, take caution. The restaurant was well-lit and clean, and the ordering process went smoothly.

Great and helpful employees. Pizza is good too. Asked employee to change gloves since we were all vegetarian and he handled meat just before us, and he had no issues with it and changed gloves. Incredible.

I waited in line for about 15 minutes (I was the next person in line the whole time) while they caught up on online orders which is not a huge deal. The pizza is really good! I also like that you can get unlimited toppings for like $9. The pizzas are kind of small though.I recommend getting broccoli on your pizza. The wood-fired broccoli is astonishingly good on pizza

Blaze used to be one of my favorite pizza joints. Me and my other went last night round 11pm and it was filthy. Cheese, sauce and ingredients over the prep area it was not welcoming. I asked the girl to change her gloves bc they were disgusting looking and she huffed and puffed. I understand it was busy but Cleanliness should be priority number one. Once we received our pizza, the outer crust was burnt but the middle was undone. I don’t think we’ll be back to this location.

When I got my pizzas and was ready to leave I realized the lady at the register never gave me or my friend a cup for either of our drinks so we went back to the register and asked her for our cups. She refused (even though she literally rung us up and should have known we ordered drinks), and when I told her we could show her our receipts, and she said "If you're trying to finesse for a drink then fine you can have it"- accusing us of stealing. This was appalling, and my friend and I were so shocked she treated us that way. This was the worst interaction I've ever had at a restaurant.

Ordered online to hopefully expedite the process. When I got there, there were 7 workers there and yet no one was really making food. I inquired about the status of my order and I was told all online orders were being made, and a worker named Kevin refused to check on mine. Next thing I know, they are all done with that wave of online orders and mine isn’t there. Come to find out, mine didn’t get made. Instead of being apologetic or anything, Kevin proceeded to argue with me and make me feel like I was in the wrong for asking about my pizza 30 minutes after it was promised. I know times are tough for restaurants, but they will surely get tougher with people like this in the industry. Definitely do not recommend ordering online, and if you can help it, avoid this guy Kevin at all costs.

Was visiting Ohio & stumbled upon this awesome spot. What a brilliant concept to be able to see your pizza made while also building/adding food options to it on the spot. I also loved that you can get a big salad with half a pizza all for under $10. The place was spacious with lots of seating. You have to wear a mask, if you don’t have one they’ll supply one for free. I went in the evening so it was a little busy, had to wait for some time but the pizza & salad was delicious, hardy & definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend!

This was my first experience with Blaze pizza, and it was awesome. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and informative. Kudos to you! You are able to pick your crust, your sauce, your cheeses, and all your toppings. Then it’s cooked in a wood-burning open fire oven. Your gonna loves this place, it is wonderful! ❤️
